"The unit was clean however several items were not working! The shower head was held up by a hair tie(clearly broken) the shower shelf broken and covered with scotch tape , the tub did not drain so that was held open by a sponge! They should have not given us this room and focused on correcting the broken items. My sister was stung by a wasp on the patio our first day there! We could not use the patio the entire time. They did not properly remove the nest and the wasps were working to rebuild it the next day. There is not someone consistently on the property. The pool was heated but felt the patio was small around the pool. We did like the location, nice quiet area of the island"

"My family just spent a few nights here. The hotel was excellent. Up to date, clean and very quiet. It is within walking distance to several restaurants. The island is best suited to walking and biking. Like most of coastal Florida there is a lot of traffic. The hotel is located on the main road which has a constant flow of traffic. If interested in fishing I would highly recommend Anna Maria Boat Company. They will pick you up at the marina on site."
