(I just left a review without being logged into my account so I am leaving it again!) We want to give a big thumbs up to Curtis Inn. We were only there one night as a convenient place to stay after flying into Miami airport - then were off to visit family the next day. But we wish we could have stayed longer. LOL. The pool area was lovely and quiet even though the hotel is on a main road. The room was beautiful and well kitted out. If we are back in the area we will book for longer!

Highly recommended it was definitely home away from home friendly staff quiet neighborhood perfect area if hang out bar across the street going back soon so wish we could’ve stayed longer 3 days was long enough!

Outlets in the room weren't operable. Rooms are tiny and cramped. However you get what you pay for.

Extreme mold
This was hands down the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked in, it was nothing but disappointment. The room was filthy — stained sheets, a strong musty odor, and hair everywhere like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom? Disgusting. Mold in the shower, barely any water pressure, and the towels looked like they’d been reused.
To make matters worse, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Every time I asked a question or raised a concern, I was met with attitude or completely ignored. The noise level at night was unbearable — people yelling in the halls, slamming doors, and what sounded like a party on my floor well past midnight. No security, no accountability.
I didn’t feel safe, I didn’t feel clean, and I definitely didn’t feel like a paying guest. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — not even for one night. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

The staff was friendly. Property was very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and bedding was amazing. The hotel is a little older and it appears that they are updating things slowly (for example the bed and flooring looked new) but the tub was dated and needed replacement, but it was very clean. For the price the hotel was great!

The location itself is convenient due to being near I-95 and the beach, but the area itself is unsafe. The room was nothing like the picture and the hotel description, although I read multiple reviews that seem at this point to not be true. I would not recommend the hotel to someone new to the area. The room itself was poor and dirty and there is limited parking in the area.

The rooms look like one bedroom apartments, which I did not expect. My only complaint about the room was my fridge had tape holding several pieces together and the tub had a big Rust stain that was not tended to. Other than that, I highly recommend.
