Very nice hotel! The staff was really friendly. Our room was clean, the hotel is located not far from the center and the beaches. Really great experience in this hotel!

Absoluut genoten van ons verblijf hier. De ligging is perfect, met 5 min lopen naar de ferry en 5 min naar het centrum. We hadden een ruime kamer die erg goed was schoongemaakt en een heel fijn bed en regendouche had. Het zwembad is klein maar fijn. Het personeel spreekt goed Engels.

Por culpa del mal mantenimiento de aires acondicionados en las habitaciones, a mi amiga le descompusieron su teléfono y audífonos, porque los tenía cargando y el aire acondicionado encima de la mesita de noche aventó mucha agua durante toda la madrugada, y aparte de no dejarlos dormir descompuso e hizo corto con su teléfono teléfono y sus audífonos. No vayan a este lugar que a parte de no dar mantenimiento a sus aires, no resuelven problemas. El gerente dijo que le iba a reponer los audífonos el hotel y no la ha hecho. E incluso el mismo día que ocurrió fueron los de mantenimiento a su cuarto y rectificaron que fue culpa del hotel y por eso se iban a hacer responsables, pero ahora se quieren deslindar de su pésimo mantenimiento de aires acondicionados Y que por culpa de esto mi amiga no tiene audífonos. Háganse responsables Y repongan los audífonos, como dijeron ustedes.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, los de recepción siempre amigables, atentos, gracias a ellos y sus recomendaciones tuvimos una estadía muy cómoda, las habitaciones muy limpias, cómodas, amplias y con minisplit, los cocineros excelentes, muy buena atención, buen sazón, presentación de los platillos y las bebidas muy ricas en el bar, zona muy tranquila para caminar solo que las calles no están pavimentadas por lo que recomiendo se vayan con zapatos cómodos, en general la pasamos increíble, sin duda volveríamos y esperamos sea pronto.

Fuimos con nuestra familia 4 , nos alojamos una noche , a 5 cuadras de ferry se puede ir caminando sin problemas, la habitación lo suficientemente grande para los 4, tiene agua en botellas potable, cafetera, frigobar , muy cómodo. Desayuno es a elección hay 3 menús y solo se puede elegir uno, lo sirven x pedido en la mesa. Cerca del centro para ir caminando y de la playa. Lo recomiendo

L’hôtel est propre et proche du centre. Nous avons très mal dormi une machine avec un bruit se déclenche la nuit … La femme de ménage qui passe le balai a 7h devant la porte ( avec le bruit qui va avec …) Nous avons pris une formule avec petit déjeuner compris mais comme nous avons demandé du lait dans le café un supplément de 130 pesos (7e) nous a été demandé ! Une honte on nous prends vraiment pour des pignons 7e une goûte de lait !!

Nice hotel option. It’s public, pool space is small but charming. Modern, clean and staff were great, unlimited water refills, even ice from the bar while not purchasing their beverages. Gonzalo at the front desk was helpful and friendly. It’s relatively back from the beach but it’s a 5min walk through town and the action so a fun walk. Obviously closer to beach = $ so we found it a good option. First time visiting Holbox but in peak season the place looks maybe 30-40% capacity. Genuine feeling that they are pricing themselves out. Hotel was reasonable at 1800mxn. But everything you consume is expensive. $200 for a very average cocktail, 2 for 1 at happy hour everywhere but that’s pricey. Not sitting and eating anything for less than $200peso and fish or ceviche expect closer to 400. And this is plastic chair places not the more trendy, higher end restaurants. Rooms are not soundproof, my sleep was interrupted by toilet flush next door and by walking steps upstairs. Surrounded area is very trashy. Local staff play music which van be heard in rooms. Rooms are spacious but as said before there is no silence, not possible to take a nap during the day and at night voices next door.

This hotel is a trap. I booked a room basing on the nice reviews but has nothing to do with the reality. The rooms are dirty, pool area not really useable and on the top the staff is not trustworthy. The both receptionists lied to me several times, and when I wanted to contact the hotel manager they gave me a fake phone number. Additionally the cleaning staff leave the rooms doors open for many hours (they forget sometimes after the cleaning) so anyone or any animal can enter to your room (happened twice during 5 night stay). It looks nice on the pictures, but that’s it. Not worth the money for sure.
