Just book it. This place is pure magic. We had the most amazing time on the most gorgeous piece of paradise. We stayed in a Master Suite + room, which was spacious with an upstairs pool and nice, however moved to a Beachfront Suite + room for the rest of our trip which was smaller but right on the beach with a rooftop pool overlooking the ocean (incredible!). The breakfast was amazing every day, food delicious, drinks delicious, staff incredible. Just book it :)

The hotel is beautiful and staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is PERFECT. It is completely beach front so no main street intercepts the hotel with the beach. Rooms are clean. Service/attention could be a little better and food options are a little limited but overall i strongly recommend!!

This was the most beautiful, relaxing vacation I have ever taken! The rooms look just like the pictures. The decor is gorgeous and the entire location is well taken care of and a short walk from town. The breakfast, dinners, and drinks were all amazing. Thank you to all the wait staff and the wonderful front desk associates. They booked our excursions for us and our transport to and from the Cancun airport and it was seamless. I would 100% recommend this location to others.

If you want to escape to relax and de-stress.....Casa Las Totugas is the place to go to. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is awesome, and the beach is stunning.

Heavenly!
This hotel is absolutely beautiful. They have thought of every detail, from rooms that feel like sanctuaries to the large shower and outside sitting area. Everything is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious with many healthy options. The hotel and the island far exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Casa Las Tortugas and Holbox Island.

The hotel itself is beautiful with excellent service and food at all its restaurants. But MOST notably different is the sheer *kindness* of all the staff! Everyone is warm and smiley! They check on us periodically to make sure all is well. If we left a dish uneaten, they make sure we weren’t unhappy with it. In terms of interpersonal communication and interactions, exquisite service. Does not get better than this.

Lovely hotel with fabulous food. Very well manicured landscape and beautiful fire pit in the evenings. The beach loungers and ocean access is ideal. Many close beach bars and activities in walking distance. Great communication via WhatsApp.
