Très bel hôtel, charmant, cosy, élégant, sur la plage, très bien situé. Chambres un peu sombres mais avec du cachet et très joliment décorées. Excellents restaurants. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant japonais AMA. Sans doute les meilleurs sushis que je n'ai jamais mangés.

Un posto da sogno, perfetto e curato in ogni dettaglio, c’è un’attenzione speciale per il cliente e durante tutta la vacanza viene coccolato. L’hotel ha una spiaggia attrezzata meravigliosa. Meritano di nota anche il ristorante sulla spiaggia Mandarina, dove il cibo è eccezionale e al mattino servono una fantastica colazione. Tutto perfetto, per me è il paradiso !

Hôtel magique sur la plage proche du centre Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel et nous y retournerions avec plaisir. Mention spéciale pour Sophie toujours souriante et à l’écoute des clients. Les restaurants de l’hôtel sont top.

The hotel is beautiful and staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is PERFECT. It is completely beach front so no main street intercepts the hotel with the beach. Rooms are clean. Service/attention could be a little better and food options are a little limited but overall i strongly recommend!!

El hotel es muy lindo y relajante pero se escucha mucho ruido de los bares del pueblo, especialmente viernes y sábado ( toda la noche y hasta las 5 am) sugerencia, si quieres descansar programa tu estadía de lunes a jueves. El desayuno es rico pero por el precio que pagas por habitación debería ser mucho más amplio ya que es super limitado. Especialmente e irónicamente si quieres un simple jugo de naranja te lo cobran extra, limitar el pan dulce es ridículo. No dar opción por ejemplo a unos simple huevos al gusto???? Siempre digo que algo que deben aprender del Mahekal en playa del carmen es el desayuno, el equilibrio perfecto. La atención es buena por parte del poco staff mexicano que tienen por que el resto es Argentino y la mayoría fueron super secos y hasta rudos. No es lo que por lo gral se acostumbra al vacacionar en México y que tan valorado es en el resto del mundo. La limpieza fue excepcional.

This was the most beautiful, relaxing vacation I have ever taken! The rooms look just like the pictures. The decor is gorgeous and the entire location is well taken care of and a short walk from town. The breakfast, dinners, and drinks were all amazing. Thank you to all the wait staff and the wonderful front desk associates. They booked our excursions for us and our transport to and from the Cancun airport and it was seamless. I would 100% recommend this location to others.

Es un lugar maravilloso enfrente de las paradisiacas playas de la isla Holbox. Su comodidad es fantastica tiene sillas sillones y camastros frente al mar . En los mismos puedes adquirir comidas veganas y carnes a la parrilla. A su vez ofrece unos tragos muy ricos con o sin alcohol, es para todos los gustos.
