The place is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The helped us with the late checkout, with extra stuff we needed and also booking transportation. Always quick and with a smile. The rooms are large, clean and the AC works super well. It is 2 blocks (2 minutes walk) from the main square and 4 blocks (3/4 minutes walk) from the sea. The check in and checkout was super fast and easy and at night it was very quiet and we had a great rest. I definitely recommend it.

Needs some work. Hot water did not work and after they fixed it you still needed to take a quick shower before it went to cold. My husband left a note at the front desk and I emailed them around 4. Someone showed up around 9pm to fix it. The shower head needs to be replaced, there was water all over the bathroom floor. A piece of furniture with 4 drawers was basically broken, so the drawers did not close. Quite often there wasn't anyone at the front desk. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were four people in a nice room that was very spacious and cleaned! The staff was friendly and kind, the common areas were cool and cosy. Considering the position, the peak season and the location, it offered the maximum quality-price ratio.

The hotel is quite expensive and did not meet the expectations of an expensive hotel. The rooms are without windows, they are humid and dark, and we had multiple large roaches in our room. When we notified the staff they sprayed bug spray on the floor, when we should have been moved to a different room. The sinks are built so the water runs on to the counter and on the floor. Furthermore the staff failed to refill the water supply and we had to notify them.

No se alojen en este hotel, nos robaron nuestro dinero y NO NOS DIERON NINGUNA SOLUCIÓN, no ofrecen mostrar las cámaras ni nada, por favor no vayan así evitan que les pase lo que nos hicieron a nosotros.

Pésimo servicio , nos engañaron en la aplicación no especificaron que estaba en remodelación y no era habitable , la encargada nos a solución más que te quiere dar una habitación que ni siquiera está limpia

Habitaciones sin ventanas, llenas de moho, mal olientes, no hay agua caliente, pedimos cambiar ya que sufro de alergias y un recepcionista nos dice que el gerente tenía bloqueada la habitación para el y su familia, que cuando regresáramos de comer nos avisaría, al regresar hubo cambio de turno y la otra Recepcionista no sabía nada, además nos contesta de mala gana todavía de que nos da un cuarto todo apestoso. Además mala ubicación.
