The day before check-in, the receptionist contacted me via KakaoTalk and arranged a pick-up service.
The staff were all friendly, and the beds and pool were nice.
The breakfast, while limited in variety, was especially delicious.
The fried rice was even better than the restaurant's. ♡♡♡
However, there was a lot of broken glass on the table in the room, and the fridge was dirty when I checked in because there were leftover snacks from previous guests. ㅠㅠ
The laundry and shoes I left in the room were so infested with ants that I bought ant spray the day before check-out and sprayed them heavily before locking my suitcase.
Aside from that, everything was great.
The staff were especially friendly. 👍😍
FYI, there's no free shuttle, but they do offer bicycle rentals.
A Grab ride takes about 12 minutes and costs 80,000-90,000 VND.

服務：酒店的服務生都很熱情。會主動的，請耐心的幫助我們訂一些火車票之類的。
環境：環境還不錯，他們的頂樓餐廳放出去的景色非常好。
設施：頂樓餐廳的晚餐選擇非常的有限。本來環境很好，可以在那吃飯，但是因為選擇太有限了，衹能去別處找飯吃。早餐還可以。小小一個酒店可以看得出來，他們在努力的把早餐做得好一些。
衞生：衞生各方面打掃的都很好。但是我們住的有一間帶衞生間的卧室，衞生間到卧室有很大的黴味。所以比較影響睡眠。也可能是這邊天氣太潮濕了，希望店家能夠做好去黴。

A real 10, we spent more than we normally would and it was worth it, great views, good air con, lovely rooms, Lucy on reception was super helpful and kind, pool was nice, breakfast was good (at least one vegan option + fruits ect).

I had an amazing stay at this hotel.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-located. A special shoutout to the beautiful girl at the front desk—she was incredibly friendly, professional, and made my stay even better with her excellent customer service. Highly recommend this hotel!

The Riverside Villa and apartments were beautiful! It’s wonderfully made, only topped off with the best of service from the staff. It made our stay great. The rooms were spacious with a luxurious bathroom. The pool is nice to tan and have a dip amidst the blistering hot Vietnamese summer. Would definitely come back again :)

El hotel es muy bueno considerando el precio. Los masajes en el spa fueron increíbles. MI esposa y yo recibimos masajes excelentes de la señorita Phụng. Usamos este servicio diariamente durante nuestra estadía de cuatro días.
El desayuno y la piscina les encantaron a mis Hijos. La habitación era muy grande y cómoda para cuatro personas
