We had a fantastic stay at Memories Hotel in Hoi An. The rooms are large, clean, and very spacious. The pool is big and fun to relax in, and the rooftop pool with its view was absolutely beautiful. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the location made it easy to enjoy the best of Hoi An. Highly recommended!

A little island of peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An’s market centre. Centrally located with easy access to the old quarter with restaurants and markets and the lantern boat rides a short bike ride away. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast and coffee. It felt very calm and peaceful and the central pool and pool table were a great place to enjoy family time and have a delicious cocktail or mocktail. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Hoi An memories resort and spa. Staff friendly and helpful. The villa is nice and clean.

The hotel is located around 2 km away from the ancient downtown. They provide free shuttle bus at 9am and 3pm everyday which is super rare. There are mosquitoes in the room. The reception can’t speak English properly who didnt clear state the breakfast serving time which made us miss our breakfast. I would suggest they provide the important information in the note instead of relying the reception.

Stay away! This hotel is at best a 3star hotel!
Walls a paper thin, very bad insulation on both windows and door, so you are woken up every time someone is speaking, coming back or going out of their room. Very very loud.
Pools are green , and never been washed, room is very empty with hard mattress.
They advertise that they have a sauna, but is not included in the price, and you will be charged extra.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. The bed was soft and provided a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers seeking both comfort and affordability!
