It was a memorable cozy place with quite atmosphere for our family to enjoy last days of kids’ summer holidays So thankful could find it

LA Silk located around 2km from town centre, you can go to town centre by grab and bicycle which provide by hotel. It offer some car service which is much cheaper compare with grab. Good service.

The hotel was in very good location for us as we can walk fine to the old quarter. The hotel itself is very beautiful & clean and staffs were all very friendly. The breakfast was very good too and was different menu options everyday. We had dinner there few times too which was really nice. And the dry cleaning service we used was very useful too.

Great experience, warm welcome and we enjoyed the cycling around that area.

Simple & nice hotel, love that the hotel provide bicycle to go around Hoi An, breakfast was sufficient & good. Only downside would be the room is a lil dated with old furniture.

Service  and breakfast is good .However the hotel is quite far from the old town and need to walk about 30 min .

The hotel is very clean and beautiful hotel, using blue and white tones to decorate. Makes the room look very spacious. The bathroom is wide and clean. Luckily, the hotel upgraded the room to be bigger than before. Traveling with 2 people, but got a room with 3 beds, separated to sleep far apart. Balcony next to the river 😄 So happy. The price is not expensive, but the room and breakfast line are very complete. Great value. Not far from the old city. The hotel can call a car to pick you up and drop you off. Recommend this hotel. If I have a chance to come to Hoi An . I Will come back and stay here again.

Hotel is brand new, sparkling clean. Location is at the end of the riverside, give it far away from the noisy old town. Guest relationship Ms Lee super nice and friendly. Will come back again.

It’s a little far from the old town, but free bicycles are provided and cycling is also a pleasure.

Exceptional value hotel located on river within reasonable proximity to Hoi An old town. Reasonable size room with balcony overlooking river. Small internal courtyard pool with chairs from which to enjoy cocktails. Free bike hire available throughout day for exploring Old Town, beach and surrounding countryside.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable and in a good location, the staff is kind and the possibility to use the bikes for free is a good advantage.

A little far from old town, but free bike rental at hotel or 20 mins walk. Good location for quiet night. Wifi was very weak, kept connecting and disconnecting. TV also kept pausing, due to lousy network connection. Good service, once you book they will message you to provide chargeable transport to their hotel. We went for a massage but its expensive and not good, also skipped some steps and cut short the massage (paid for 1 hr but only had 45 mins of massage). Overall clean room, good breakfast, clean pool. But on the first day during breakfast, my boss was asked for his room number 3 times, even while eating. He thought it was a bit rude and they should have a system to check on entrance and let the guest eat peacefully after. Also during checkout, the lady was super persistent to get me to write a review on trip advisor while staring at my phone screen while I type. She didn't even care that my driver was already outside waiting for me. I thought that this behaviour was a little overboard as she could have just trusted me to complete the review while I was in the car. And also give me the privacy to write a proper review instead of keep staring at my phone and reading the review while I type and trying to 'advise me what to write'. But overall enjoyed my stay.

Very clean and luxury looking hotel with a beautiful river view. The pool is the cleanest I’ve ever seen i hoi an and breakfast is really nice with a lot of western cuisine and with Vietnamese coffee ready and available! The bed is super comfy and staff are always happy to help!

Enjoyed our stay at La Silk. The hotel is well decorated and refurbished. And in its own words trying to model itself after Santorini. Here is my quick summary: Buffet breakfast: good overall selection (changes each day) and nice egg and noodle station. Pool: good size, but only for the keen as it is prominently located and fairly cold in February. Rooms: good size with a small balcony. Don’t expect much if a view, can be noisy and downstairs smoking seemed to permeate our toilets. Location: abit on the outskirts of town. Grab drivers cancel your trips because the entrance access is through a very tight lane. Customer service: staff are helpful and quick to attend to you.
