The hotel was in very good location for us as we can walk fine to the old quarter. The hotel itself is very beautiful & clean and staffs were all very friendly. The breakfast was very good too and was different menu options everyday. We had dinner there few times too which was really nice. And the dry cleaning service we used was very useful too.

Enjoyed our stay at La Silk. The hotel is well decorated and refurbished. And in its own words trying to model itself after Santorini.
Here is my quick summary:
Buffet breakfast: good overall selection (changes each day) and nice egg and noodle station.
Pool: good size, but only for the keen as it is prominently located and fairly cold in February.
Rooms: good size with a small balcony. Don’t expect much if a view, can be noisy and downstairs smoking seemed to permeate our toilets.
Location: abit on the outskirts of town. Grab drivers cancel your trips because the entrance access is through a very tight lane.
Customer service: staff are helpful and quick to attend to you.

The location is very convenient, except for the sound of farting boats from morning to evening, if your windows face the river. It doesn't bother you much if you're out walking somewhere all day.
Otherwise, the hotel is top! The service is excellent, bicycles are always available or will be found upon request.
I liked the breakfast, the best I've had in Vietnam, only there wasn't always enough fruit.

Es war sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert worden und hat sehr schöne Zimmer. Leider hatte ich das Zimmer neben dem Aufzug in Untergeschoss und ich fühlte mich nicht ganz wohl. Dennoch war der Aufenthalt ganz schön. Das Frühstück war sehr gut (Buffet) und lecker. Nur die Lage des Hotels ist ein bisschen weit weg vom Zentrum der Stadt. Als Alleinreisende konnte ich aber auch spät abends zu Fuß laufen. Ich würde dieses Hotel allen empfehlen.

It was a compact resort hotel with very good value for money and service. The restaurant and rooms were clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to be able to get to Hoi An Old Town in about 7 minutes by free rental bicycle. It was a hotel I would like to use again.
