職員能用英語溝通，不需用翻譯軟件協助，減少溝通困難。每一位職員都十分友善，也很主動提供協助。
房間舒適乾淨，照明及冷氣系統也很好！我入住的是地下連小花園的房間，小花園雖然是與隔壁房間共用，但環境很舒適。
酒店附近雖然沒有大型超市，步行5分鐘距離就有一間便利店，距離會安古鎮、夜市，也只是不到十分鐘的車程。酒店就在河邊，環境很是舒適，在酒店室外用餐區享用早餐或是品嚐咖啡，更是十分舒適休閒。
早餐食物種類不是十分多選擇，但是已很足夠了，而且，食物也很不錯，更有機會品嚐不同的越南特色食物。
這次沒有享用游泳，泳池雖不太大，但環境舒適乾淨，就在池邊的椅子上曬曬太陽也是很放鬆。
