Great location - in a quiet area behind all the noise of Hoi An but its only a 10 minute walk to the river and the markets. Really lovely staff and nice clean spacious rooms! There are also free bicycles to explore the city. Thank you for having us!

We had a fabulous stay here. Free drinking water, free laundry powder to use with 8kg washing machine and dryer (a bonus) Nice swimming pool. Free use if bikes. Only 800m from old Town. Lee was so friendly and helpful. Ask him anything. Nice coffee place right across the road and good local places to eat too. A quiet location. Thank you.

The deciding factor for choosing this hotel was that it had a washing machine and dryer. Detergent was provided, and the machine itself was easy to use. A free bicycle with a front basket was also provided, which was convenient for sightseeing in Hoi An. The room was on the second floor, so we were told to close the windows and balcony at night because mosquitoes would come in if they were left open. I don't know if it was because of the season or the time, but we were able to enjoy the rooftop pool privately. The staff were really kind. They always replied quickly to emails. Although I caused some trouble regarding the shuttle service, they welcomed me without a single unpleasant look. I was really touched to receive a nice gift for Japanese people when I checked out. There are many other nice hotels in Hoi An, but I'm sure I'll come back here.

The hotel is located a stone's throw from the cultural and lively center of Hoi An (10 min walk) while being in a relaxing calm. Great hotel, very well located in a very quiet area of Hoi An, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The city center is however accessible on foot (less than 10 minutes), or by bike, using the bikes provided free of charge by the hotel. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. The swimming pool is great, on the roof of the hotel. We had the chance to watch the fireworks for the ***** New Year there. Finally, the hotel staff was adorable and attentive. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Good size apartment for two with everything we needed (although some seasoning or cooking oils etc. or a toaster would have been great). Shower was good, bed was comfortable although the duvet was quite heavy for the temperature and the pool was good. Reception staff were great and there was always someone on the door no matter what time. Good location, very walkable into the ancient town but away from the crowds. We would also have preferred there to be some natural light in the apartment but not a big problem.

Excellent welcome from the two receptionists, one of whom speaks English very well. They took great care of us and we appreciated being upgraded, at no extra cost, which allowed us to stay in an apartment with an extra bedroom. Very functional apartment, well equipped and clean. The quality to price ratio is excellent. Plus, a washing machine and dryer. The hotel is located in a very quiet street, set back from the lively center of Hoi An, which can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot. The rooftop swimming pool is very pleasant after a day of walking. The free bicycles provided are very practical for strolling through the surrounding rice fields and accessing the beaches of Hoi An. The best accommodation of our stay in Vietnam.
