The hotel needs a revamp. It looks very old especially in the room. The bedding was not comfortable and fresh. Air conditioning is also lacking.

The room overall felt a bit old, but it was cleanly maintained and comfortable. Fortunately, I didn't encounter any lizards or large bugs, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. The staff were very friendly, and the ginger lemon tea provided as a welcome drink was impressively refreshing and cool.

Good accommodation, not far from Hoi An Old Town, just a short walk to get there. The staffs are very helpful, attentive to everything, always asking questions, even when someone came to sell raincoats in front of the hotel, they came to talk to the seller and tell him not to overcharge. Breakfast has a variety of food, so you don't have to walk to find food in the morning.

The hotel location is good just a few minutes walk to old town. Breakfast also good. Cleanliness is ok and staffs there is friendly.
