The area was quiet and peaceful away from the bustling central old town area. Our first room wasn't superb clean with stain on the bedsheet and greeted by flies all over the room. The room was at 1st floor most corner unit nearer to the bushes and lake probably explained the insects situation I guess. However we did managed to get a change of room after thus 5/5 for their service.

The hotel has a very good atmosphere. The service staff is very good, smiling and cheerful, always asking about our satisfaction. The tac care is very good.

The place is very close to the place, they also have bikes to rent at the hotel and the rooms are very clean and spacious also the bathrooms are clean and big. The pool too is very fun!!! And everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Helped us to get around the place with zero hassle. Really amazinggg.

Nguyen was really helpful. I had a really a good time in this property and Mr. Nguyen was really helpful all throughout my stay in the property. I would definitely come back here just for his sake. The property was very clean and the staff were really helpful. Shoutout to Mr. Nguyen for making this stay very memorable

We arrived early and Nguyen helped us check in he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable telling us about the best places in the area and helped fund us the best price to get up to da nang there’s also a nice pool and small restaurant definitely a lovely place to visit if staying in hoi an

The rooms look a lot bigger in the photos but you can move around the queen bed and storage space for suitcases etc. The bathrooms are a decent size but it takes an age for the hot water to run (and then it’s scalding - you have to very carefully balance the dial to get a warm shower!) but water pressure is decent. Pool is just big enough, shallow end very shallow but deep end chest height. Bikes and scooters available for hire and a wide range of tours. We never had any problem with Grab pick ups or deliveries. The cafe on site is decent but a limited menu, there is another local cafe a few doors down on the Main Street which has good food and a bit more variety (and mango smoothies!) The location was ok - 10-15 min from Old Town - we had originally booked Flower Villa (another Roan hotel) but had to move due to a plumbing issue.

Was a great stay. Great customer service, Chuck, and the team are so friendly and helpful with Chuck even taking us on a 6am bike ride to the vegetable/garden village. They organised a few of our trips too and we're always very friendly. I would return.
