Lovely staff, great pool, the room wasn’t the best but all in all it was good base to explore the city. Amazing staff made it great.

The hotel is very old and quite worn down. When we first checked in, we were given a room facing a metal wall, and the noise from the AC was terrible. Thankfully, after we asked to be moved, they gave us a much nicer room — quiet, comfortable, and with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The receptionist Silvia was very helpful and kind. Will definitely come back again.

Hotel was very good, staff people are very nice and kind. I wish we could use the pool as it was rainy when we were there. Room was very clean. Everything was nice except there was less lighting in the room I don't why. Apart from that everything was 10/10 or 9/10. No less than that.

Tourists staying here must be careful with your belongings to avoid them being stolen! An incident happened during my stay at the hotel. My branded Louis Vuitton scarf was stolen by a room cleaning worker. When I asked the front desk, their explanation was that the worker accidentally took it along with the towels and bed sheets? I was puzzled! The scarf has such a distinctive pattern and different color, how could it be mistaken? After a few hours of searching, they finally returned the scarf to me, but it had been cut and had pilled! I was very disappointed with the cleaning worker, although the front desk lady was very patient and apologized sincerely. This is a hotel strongly recommended by my friend, located in Hoi An city, Vietnam—Hotel Hoi An Sincerity. Indeed, their service is excellent, and the front desk staff are very kind and helpful in dealing with our issues and explaining travel details. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious. I just feel the bed is a bit too old and not very comfortable to sleep on. Overall, I would rate it 7 out of 10.

It was a clean and comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and the shuttle was convenient. The breakfast was a bit weak, but I would definitely return.

A great place to stay when visiting Hoi An. My family has stayed here many times every time we come back to Hoi An.

We were checked in immediately upon arrival. The room has a tea station, robes, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste is replenished every day. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is quiet and calm. The buffet breakfasts are varied and delicious. There is a swimming pool, a gym. A shuttle takes you to the beach on schedule. The only request to the hotel at the reception is to put drinking water and a coffee machine freely available. Everything else is super. I recommend it.

To ride the Wishing Boat, you'll need to take a taxi, or at least a shuttle bus. It's a bit far. The good thing is, when you exit the hotel, walk a few steps to the right and there's a spa massage place on the left. You get a 30% discount from the first day. Don't be fooled into thinking you'll get another discount on your second visit. It's great. When you exit the hotel, walk a few steps to the right and you'll find a restaurant. This one's also good. I forgot the name, but I was walking around with my poodle and heard it was delicious. The pool is quite deep. 2 meters... 1.6 meters is crazy deep, I think I'm about 170cm tall.

The pool was nice and deep, but it wasn't particularly large. The building itself was a bit dated! If you prefer new construction, I wouldn't recommend it. If you don't mind, you'll probably be satisfied.
