I was satisfied with the suite and all the equipment provided. It would be better if the kids' swimming playground  could open earlier like 9:00. I was disappointed with the M+ show because it was held indoors in the hall, even though there was no rain outside.

Nice hotel in general with entertaining and family friendly facilities. Could improve with better service at the lobby cafe.

We enjoyed the beautiful sea view and had a nice experience with the hotel team (especially the check-in colleague) or being treated like VIP. Highly recommended and would come again.

A very efficient and friendly team at MGM.  Nice deco and great views from our room. There was a wide selection at the breakfast buffet too. The only drawback was the construction sites opposite the hotel entrance.  90% of the drivers who picked us up were grumbling, advising us that this is the area they would avoid.  Roads are wet and bumpy.  A lot of coaches queuing up, possibly for groups commuting to and from the aquarium, thus blocking the road.  Single file traffic resulted.   Traffic was really bad. My advice is - If one decided to stay at MGM, better stay at the resort to enjoy the facilities and only visit the aquarium next door. Yet when we were there during the weekend, temperature was 24C , gloomy and raining.  It has been too cold to stay in the pool.

Great hotel, excellent service. We had a birthday and the hotel helped us set up everything. Great service by Xiao Zhou and Xiao E, Very friendly. Definitely will revisit this hotel when back to shenzhen.

Excellent service from the staff. Nice and helpful. I will visit again during the summer time. So relax.

Food was good and plentiful. Facilities fresh and well maintained. Xiaomeisha is under a state of redevelopment so the surrounding areas are full of roadworks and construction. If you come back in a year or two, the area will look amazing. A happy stay with magnificent views. Daughter enjoyed it too. Next door to Xiaomeisha Sea World.

The service was good and good assistance from the Manager Mr.Quentin Zhao very friendly. All the restaurants the food was good, recommend to visit again.

The MGM hotel is very nice, rooms are very spacious and clean, breakfast was very delicious with wide variety of choices. The main pool is very dirty, water quality is bad, kids had rashes after swimming. But there is nothing around the hotel, staff said there will be shopping malls in 2026.

Dining was exceptional, with multiple restaurants serving diverse cuisines—from Cantonese to international buffets—and the breakfast spread was outstanding . The staff were attentive and friendly, especially during check-in, making us feel like VIPs . While traffic near the hotel can be busy, staying on-site to enjoy the pools, kids' club, and entertainment options more than made up for it . Highly recommended for families and leisure travelers seeking a high-end resort experience in Shenzhen!

Most beautiful hotel I have stayed so far. The ambience is right on point for this hotel, staff service was great. Many facilities for kids as well, also have performance at night for guest. Great for a 3 day two night getaway.

Super friendly for foreigners hotel. Nice evening entertainment. Breakfast for foreigners also amazing. Only to swim in sea need walk far to public beach what kind of discomfort, front hotel swimming not aloud for some reason. Nice ocean park. Rest experience only positive!!!
