Very decent hotel, clean rooms and showers, most importantly. Chinese front desk lady was the nicest, others were very neutral in their service. This hotel is located close to the red light district, very central. Rooms are very basic, old building, many stairs but that’s the Amsterdam way of life.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. Rooms were cleaned every day & check in / out experience was very smooth. Only criticism for me was that the stairs were very narrow & walls were very thin in the hotel so could hear people walking in the corridors & next door neighbours

Everything is ok except -the steep staircase -the fact that the reception (with lots of staircase)and the room is at different building.

There is no elevator. You have to climb up the stairs with all your luggage. However, it is very near to the tourist area as well as the train station. Overall, the place is okay.

This hotel has the best location. However, you need to climb up the stairs. There is no elevator. We climbed up to the reception area and went down to climbed up again to the fourth floor, for the room assignment. This is only good for a night stay without luggages.

Very steep staircase . Not suitable for senior citizen and couple travelling with children. Rooms are ok and staff service is good.

The location was great, right next to Amsterdam Central Station. There was no elevator, and the stairs were very narrow and thin, so it was very difficult to carry suitcases up and down. The room was very small, the floor was dirty, and the shower room was missing a door and couldn't be closed completely, so it got flooded.... I regretted choosing this hotel based on the location and price.

The room is not big but very clean. The best thing is that 300 meters to the left is the central train station 🚉; 300 meters to the right is the city center square; there are shops everywhere at the door, which makes it convenient to eat, live and travel! The location is very good and the hotel service is also warm. I will definitely stay here again next time. 👏👏👍👍

It was very helpful to be able to check in early. The room was small, but the location was great and I'm glad I stayed there. As other reviews have said, the stairs are narrow, so if you have large and heavy luggage, it's best to avoid it.

The location is near the station. There are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs, which is very convenient. On Saturday night, when the supermarket banned the purchase of alcohol, I was able to buy beer at the hotel's vending machine. I was very excited.

The location is great, the service is also very good, but the room is very small, facing the street, a bit noisy, and the stairs are very narrow. Fortunately, the waiter is very enthusiastic and helps to carry the luggage up and down the stairs~~

The hotel is located close to the train station, in an old building. There is no elevator, very narrow stairs and small rooms. I took a kettle from the reception. In general, I recommend it for 1-2 nights and without large luggage (it is inconvenient to drag it up to the 3rd floor)
