A good hotel, the rooms are kept clean, cleaning is done every day. They also give free bottled water. The rooms themselves are a bit tired, but for us it was not a problem, everything we needed - everything works. The pool on the roof is small, only 5 sun loungers, but we liked the pool. The beach is a 2-minute walk away, sun loungers on the beach are paid for 50k dong, which is about 2 dollars. The hotel organizes transfers to Hoi An, as well as to another beach, more lively, there the sun loungers are free (but we did not go there).
