Останавливались в Mango Garden Hoi An Homestay — это уютный, пусть и немного поживший временем, гостевой дом. Чувствуется, что за ним ухаживают, всё чисто и аккуратно. Рядом находятся магазины и рестораны, так что с едой и бытовыми мелочами проблем нет. До центра Хойана идти недалеко, можно и прогуляться пешком. Завтраков, правда, не предлагают, и велосипеды здесь платные — это стоит учитывать при бронировании. В остальном — отличный вариант для бюджетного, но душевного отдыха.

Family hotel, located 15 minutes walk from the center and the old town. Friendly hosts. The room has old furniture, but everything is quite clean! I liked it, the price and quality correspond.

It is located near the center. They helped with renting a scooter.
However, there is a very serious problem with the standard room on the first floor. The room smells very damp. The reason is easy to find behind the closet that covers the wall adjacent to the bathroom. This wall is completely wet and, apparently, covered with mold.
The photo only shows what is above the closet. In addition, there is confusion with the description of the room on tripcom - the provided room does not match the one stated in the photos. And finally, the window - is covered with something from the street and does not let in light.
This could be a good place, but the musty smell in the room is so strong that it seems unsafe to be there.
