行李搬運特別慢。從退房到行李下來都要一個小時還未完成。搬運的服務人員態度悠閒的在門口聊天打屁很久。甚至車子已到達搬運人員也不願意協助把行李推到車子附近導致計程車等太久都把預定取消了。

I would recommend my friends to stay at Mulberry Silk Village Resort. Service is good. Our Charm villa suite with pool view on the G/F was very spacious and handy to get to the pool. The whole property is huge & green. Breakfast was good with many options. There is a free shuttle that goes to Hoi An Old Town, alternatively it's just a 10 min ride on grab.
