На картинках все интереснее . На самом деле все очень старое . На стене висит телевизор , он сгоревший по всей видимости , на экране жуткие отметины . Зачем он там , если он не работает ? Шкаф скрипит при каждом прикосновении, просто древний . В комнате очень холодно . Одеяло тонкое , не согревает . На стене висит вентилятор , о кондиционере нет и речи . Как там жить в жару непонятно . Стены картонные , слышно о чем за стеной разговаривают люди.
Душ и туалет стандартные . Есть вода в кулере .
Комната просторная .
Местоположением в проулке . Таксист привез до точки и указал куда то в проулок- иди . Так что сначала даже смутило это . Идёшь вглубь жилых домов , среди них нужно найти нужный
До главных достопримечательностей пешком минут 11-12 - это огромный плюс
Хозяйка мне понравилась . Но ситуация случилась с ее родственником Человек бросился якобы помогать, мне нужно было купить билеты онлайн , а потом за свою отзывчивость потребовал денег , да так много , что я получила стресс !! Просто мошенничество !!!!
Так что не верьте этим людям , не ищите у них помощи , они сдерут с вас деньги за любую подсказку !!

The room itself and the guest room are of course a little shabby, for the same price in other cities stayed in newer rooms, but here you need to understand that Hayann is a very popular place, so the price is apparently appropriate, if you want everything to be really chic and clean, you will need to look for a more expensive place. Our room had air conditioning and a TV, its own bathroom. To be fair, the TV does not really work, but it does not matter there is no time to watch it. The owners also offer bicycles and motorbikes for rent, but we did not use them due to bad weather.

The place is not easy to find .grabbike recommended. The place isituates in the small alley , full of hostels nearby, restaurants just in front . You can rent bycicle for 30000dong per day . Many restaurant old town is within walking distance .owner is kind but speak not so good English

I went to that homestay because the reviews were so good. When i arrived it was so hard to communicate, they were hectic all the time and wanted my to pay, but i already paid. The next i asked to extend and they said they are fully booked, but on the internet it was available and when i went back in the evening because i forgot my charger the whole room was empty. Overall a nice and cheap place for budget travelers. The cleanliness is okay.
