The Hadana Boutique Resort Hoi An is located about an hour’s drive from Da Nang International Airport. Upon check-in, Mei, one of the hotel staff, provided a clear explanation of the hotel room and facilities. She also recommended several places to visit around Hoi An, which was very helpful.
We were pleasantly surprised to learn that our booking included the New Year’s Eve countdown gala dinner at the hotel. The event was very well organized, and it was evident that the staff put a great deal of effort into planning and hosting it. The cocktails and buffet spread were excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Throughout the evening, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
The breakfast provided by the hotel was also a highlight, featuring a mix of Western and Vietnamese dishes.
Our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that allowed us to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.

The hotel staff were not friendly.. When I went out and came in... It was really embarrassing, they only looked at my face and didn't even say hello.. Even during breakfastㅡㅡㅡ It was so bad that I wondered if this was right??
What's worse is.. We stayed for 3 nights.. On the 2nd night, there was a problem with the remote control and the TV wouldn't work.. I called them to fix it.. The next morning when I was checking out, they called my room and asked if the TV was okay?? I don't know what happened.. And that day (the day I checked out), I was just packing up, getting ready, and getting dressed, when the door suddenly openedㅜㅜ
I was really... surprisedㅜㅜ The staff just opened the door and came in, really.. It made me feel bad.. We came on a wedding anniversary trip... It's not a good memory... By the way, you can really hear the noise from the next roomㅜㅜ
