ホイアン旧市街から橋を渡ったところにある。
この橋が歩いて渡りにくいので、立地は減点。
旧市街とは雰囲気が異なり、田舎の住宅街の真っ只中。
ただしレストランや売店はホテル周りに充実している。

I liked EVERYTHING about Silk River Villa! Everyone who works there is nice and attentive, and chatting with the nice people over breakfast was one of the highlights of the day. My room was ideal! The size was excellent, the layout was convenient, and the furniture (and bed) was both good quality and comfortable. One detail I would particularly emphasise was the lighting. There were plenty of options to switch on lights in different parts of the suite, and I could choose bright working lights or more subdued cosy lights. Nowhere else have I had a hotel room with such thoughtful and cosy lighting. The bathroom was well appointed, I loved my rainshower and the amount of hot water was more than adequate. From my balcony, I had a beautiful view of the river and the ancient town on the other side. It was a short walk to the ancient town and I appreciated the tranquillity on "my" side of the river. Breakfast was lovely, it was freshly cooked and there was a good selection of dishes to choose from. But most of all I will remember the PEOPLE. I came as a stranger and left as a friend, I felt. No one could have done it better!

We stayed in 2 family rooms with river view and balkony, charming not to big hotel with swimming pool, very clean and nice decorated rooms, located in a more quiet area, in the neighbour of the bridge, walk over in 10 min to the old centre and night market and Highland Coffee (-: Including (simple but good) breakfast. Very friendly and nice staff. We liked to stay 3 days

Wow! What an amazing place. The staff is fantastic. The breakfast is really good as well. And there is a nice little pool to take a dip when you get too hot. The rooms are very comfortable and are some of the best we have stayed in during our stay on Vietnam. There are bikes and scooters to rent. You can exchange money here as well. Overall, we really really recommend this place!

Pleasant Stay
The staff is super friendly and helpful; they speak fluently in English as well. They even contacted us 24 hours prior to our arrival, making sure we didn't have any questions and scheduling a pickup for us from the airport. You have a home-cooked local breakfast when you stay here. Nice river view; quiet and peaceful when you’re a little bit away from old town Hoi An. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality; we’re totally happy and impressed. I will definitely recommend it to people, and it’s definitely on my list if we’re visiting Vietnam again!

Terrible operation
Terrible experience!!!
The road was flooded by the rain and taxi couldn't enter to the hotel area. I had to make several phone calls to find the direction and had to walk 10 minutes wet by dirty water all the way upto my thigh. Hotel did not informed the situation at all until I arrived. I was so~~~ mad and disappointed. I left the hotel without staying and needed to pay extra cost to get a room again in Danang. Very~~~bad operation.

Street flooded during our stay, nothing from the front desk to remedy the situation. Also…. The flooding was only 5-10inches deeper where the hotel was… most of the road was wet but not as flooded. So many tourist had booked this boutique hotel and we were all trapped having to order a cab whenever we wanted to leave. My original booking was incorrect (2 twins instead of a king?)
You can hear everything, the water didn’t stay warm longer than 5 mins. Just really really unfortunate and I hope they fix this issue.
Oh yea… no elevator and no one helps you bring your luggage up. I would have gladly paid for that.
