To riverside is out of the way by walking but bicycle around is fun. breakfast limited food. Ask for extra water not possible on room service.

The hotel is located 1 km from the old town. The area is quiet. If you go straight from the hotel, you will get to the old town. The room is large, cozy, clean. There is a kettle. Tea accessories are provided free of charge. Breakfasts are excellent, there is plenty to choose from. The staff is friendly. At breakfast, they asked us every time if we liked everything. The hotel is located in a densely built-up area, so you may not be lucky with a view of the rice fields....

It's about 20 minutes' walk from the ancient town and the night market. The hotel can lend you a bicycle for free, which is quite convenient. The front desk seems to know a little bit of various languages. She spoke Chinese to me and was pretty nice. The hotel room is OK. I chose a room with a balcony. I can't see the view. It's just a place to sleep. I don't care about this. I think there are quite a lot of breakfast varieties and the taste is okay. I think the cost performance of 300 yuan is quite high. There is only one thing, I don't know whose house was renovated, and it woke me up at 7 o'clock. This is the only thing I want to complain about.

The rooms in this hotel are very large, but there are often no rooms for renewal. The breakfast is comprehensive and cost-effective.

Nice and clean hotel. Away from the noise, it's a 15-20 minute walk to the embankment. Spacious rooms, buffet breakfast. The hotel provides free bicycles.

The staff are so friendly and nice. (Please note that English/Korean may be difficult at reception at night.) In particular, the swimming pool is located in the middle of the building, so you can have fun both morning and afternoon without worrying about the sun. You can also get excellent massage services at an affordable price. The breakfast is ordinary, but tastes good and is fresh, clean, and good. The distance to the old town is a bit vague, but there are no tall buildings nearby, so the town view is good, and the facilities are spacious and clean. Overall review The hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly, clean and the pool is nice. However, the distance to the old town is a bit far, and there is no convenience store nearby, making it difficult to use it late at night.

Great stay at White Lotus Hoi an. About 15-20 minute walk to the old town or can get a grab for a cheap price. Rooms are spacious and were kept very clean whilst there. On arrival we were greeted with a map of hoian and recommendations for places to eat and things to do. All staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Helen who showed a great interest in our day and always had a smile on her face! Great pool area which wasnt very busy at all. Great breakfast from fresh fruits, pastries to traditional cuisine. Overall a great stay and would return. Thanks!

Sorry for the long review but if you take the time to read it you will know why The White Lotus Hoi An is the place for your stay in Hoi An. I own a small travel agency and I am semi retired so I travel, a lot as my friends say. The white Lotus has become one of my favorite places in the world. I’ve stayed at Shanghai La in Paris, the Londa Palace in Venice, the Silo in Cape Town and other highly respected accommodations but the staff at White Lotus goes above and beyond. Sara made sure to seek me out everyday and make sure my stay was the best. Jenny and Helen were always so helpful with anything I needed.
