Almanity Hoi An Resort & Spa

It's a 5-7 minute bike ride to Old Town. It's a leisurely ride and I really liked the unique Southeast Asian resort feel.

This is my second visit and I'm traveling with my parents so I chose Almanity because the pool is pretty and the breakfast is good It's a bit far from the old town, but my parents took a tuk-tuk to get around rather than walking far It's good to use nearby restaurants like Horo Kwan, Tan Nam Kwan, etc. The Rosey Massage right next door is also really good, so it's a good resort in a good location for us. The staff is very kind and comfortable^^

The resort pool atmosphere photos are good The blanket and pillow covers are yellow and they don't clean it properly! Another thing that was really disappointing was that the problem-solving process and methods were so Korean people's water I ordered pizza and beer at the pool and ate the leftover pizza I asked to take it out and bring it to the room. But even after washing and waiting, the pizza didn't come So I asked the desk on the way out to the Sowon boat. The staff called and said they didn't know and that's all they did I said I understood for now and asked them to tell me exactly what happened tomorrow The next day, I went to the desk again during the day and asked the staff But they called a lot and said they didn't know At first, they packed it up, but didn't you guys come to get the pizza? So when I asked them to bring it to the room I said okay, but when I asked what they meant they kept making excuses and said, "Who is that staff member? Who is that staff member?" In the end, the conversation changed to just throwing away the pizza because I didn't understand what you were saying. During that process, there was not a single word of apology, so what do you want us to do? I was so upset by this kind of response and reaction. If you had admitted your mistake from the beginning and said sorry, I wouldn't have been angry, but you ruined the mood of the trip so much, I made a reservation for 2 nights and 3 days, but after one night, I immediately booked a different hotel. I said I understood because I was going to a different hotel, but anyway, They took all the money, and told me to give them a discount on the pizza, but they absolutely wouldn't. Do whatever you want, you'll get full~~ That was the end^^ I will never go here again!!!
