It costs about 400-500 yen to get there from Hoi An Old Town by Grab car.
The area is quiet, you can walk to the sea in no time, and you can rent motorbikes and bicycles.
Laundry is 30,000vnd per kg, and they even dry your laundry for you, which was very helpful!
They also have a hairdryer and amenities, and it's great that you can watch YouTube on the TV.

A very good hotel if you want to stay in Hoi An for a beach holiday.The city is about 5 km away. It's literally a 7-minute walk to the beach, if you go a little to the right, there will be a nicer beach (palm trees, sun loungers if you want, restaurants with seafood). The general area of the hotel is small, but very beautiful. Huge plants, a clean pool, which is deep and large enough to swim. The room itself is clean, there is a kettle, water, tea / coffee. There are free bicycles (I went to the lighthouse and to the starting point of the round boat tours). The service is also great, the nice girl at the reception was very friendly. Breakfast is ordered in advance from the proposed items (pancakes, scrambled eggs, omelette, etc. + tea or coffee).
Cons:
- I couldn't fall asleep for a long time because of the strange creaking of the wooden wall behind the bed - The room had a balcony, but there was no table or chair on it, and the view was mainly over the roofs.
I stayed at the hotel for one night and would have stayed longer if there were rooms available.
I recommend the hotel.

The property has a very good location with rooms offering riverside view . The hospitality was excellent by the staff especially the manager July . The shared kitchen was useful . Overall value for money with the superb breakfast. Would love to visit again.

The hotel itself is small and cozy. It's in a very quiet location, but still easy to access restaurants and the beach. The rooms are simple, but everything is kept very clean. The price is cheap so for the quality for the price is excellent.
