Very nice. Clean. Great pool. The owner speaks good english and is friendly. Nice breakfast that you can order the day before. The only problem I could think of is that the shower didn't switch from tropical to the normal showerhead.

처음으로 간 베트남여행이였어요~ 가격대비 풀빌라로 가족들이랑 여럿온다하면 추천합니다용 올드타운이랑 15분정도 걸린다고했으나, 걸어다닐만하던데요..? ㅎㅅㅎ 조식도 괜찮고 지내는데 불편함은 없었습니다 ㅎㅎ 다들 친절하고 좋아용 !! 조식시간은 7시30분~ 10시까지 가능해서 시간도 넉넉하다보니까 한번 방문해보세용 !! 망고주스를 착즙으로 해주셔서 엄청 시원하진않았지만 맛있었어요＞＜

풀 바로 앞의 방인데 전면 유리로 된 문이라 커튼을 치지 않으면 방 안이 훤히 다 보입니다
어린 자녀가 있는 가족이라면 문만 열면 풀과 바로 연결되어 있어 좋을꺼 같습니다
잔디도 있고,나무도 있어서 아무래도 벌레들은 있습니다
전 벌레가 무서워 캠핑도 안가는 일인이라..;;;
이 부분만 극복이 된다면 가격도 저렴하고 바로 앞 풀장이라 초등 저학년 까지는 무난할듯 합니다
아!!올드타운,시장,소원배,야시장..다 도보로 가능한 지역 입니다

非常に安価です。プールの水深も深い所で1.6メートルあり、楽しかったです！部屋も清潔で、朝食も数種類から選べ、素晴らしかったです。唯一、一階の部屋だった為か、風呂場に大きいゴキブリが出ましたが、自然も多い所なので、しょうがないかと思いました。
他は素晴らしかったです。

The breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of the Old Town, yet in a quiet residential area. Regarding amenities, the sheets seemed to have not been changed, and there was hair and other stains on them. The shower room floor was slanted, so the toilet floor got soaked after showering. They arranged for a taxi to take us back, which cost 320,000 VND from the hotel to downtown Da Nang. I felt the male staff were acting a little sexually harassing, which was unpleasant. The female staff were all very kind and helpful. I checked in late at night, but the entrance door was open, my room key was at the reception counter, and check-in was available 24 hours a day.

The room is on the 2nd floor, moving suitcases full of sweat, I'm 60 years old knees up and down very hard! The environment is good, but a lot of flies and mosquitoes, the waiter's attitude is very good!
