Wow what a place! Worth every brilliant review you read. The staff are so kind, go above and beyond and the hotel is beautiful. Lovely breakfast that isn't overcrowded. Location is good and free shuttle to old down/beach if required. They do numerous activities and classes which are optional, great for rainy days - which we did a coffee making one. We'd love to stay again if we ever return to Hoi An, I will recommend to friends if they visit the area.

Please, learn to clean the room floors and upgrade the toilet exhaust system for better air circulating in the toilet.

The most comfortable hotel I stayed.Staffs was so friendly specially Front desk girl Huong.Always greet me(she remember my name👍!) guide us from day 1 till we checkout.
And we got free upgrade upon check in🙏🎊👍
Greet us in the morning breakfast and when we return from the whole day tour outside.
The room was clean
We stay for two nights
Definitely will come back again .

Loved my stay at ‘The Saga’. Everything about it was amazing. Amazing cleanliness, amazing amenities and service shuttle into Old Town and the beach, amazing staff, the breakfast and drinks well exceeded my expectations.
Also wanted to extended my stay. The staff ensured that despite extending my stay here through the Trip.com app that I would be staying in the same room.
10/10 stay. Cảm ơn! 🙏

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay in the Saga Hotel in Hoi An. The facilities are excellent, and breakfast and other dine in food exceeded our expectations. We appreciated a free shuttle bus service to the centre of the old town and the Shore Club at An Bang Beach. The facilities and staffing over there are excellent as well and make you feel that you got the best from the old town and the An Bang Beach. Finally, a big thank to the Saga for providing free and welll maintained bicycles to patrons of the hotel. I loved making use of it for early visits to the old town centre and to the beach.

We loved our stay here at The Saga! The hotel is gorgeous—as good if not better than the photos—and of course the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool, bar, gym and free bikes were great complements to sightseeing days. The breakfast buffet was the best out of any at the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam, the options were extensive AND tasty. The downstairs of staying here is the location as it’s a bit far from the Hoi An old town. The twenty minute walk didn’t seem so bad when we book but it did make it less convenient to pop back in for dinner. They do have a free shuttle to the old town but that only runs three times a day and Grabs can be difficult to get a hold of. If you like to cycle the free bikes would make it a breeze to get around but not everyone in our family can. Overall, still highly recommended as I still think the amenities you get here make up for the location!
