The Signature Hoi An

The lifeguards in the swimming pool are very responsible, and the two little friends can be completely left to them to take care of. The room is also very new, very close to the ancient town, and you can walk there.

Worst hotel service "The room cleaning staff threw away all the bags of my child's cold medicine, fever reducer, and allergy medicine that I had been prescribed from Korea." My child had a cold and had been taking medicine for a few days, and when I was surprised to find out that the medicine was gone, I told the front desk staff, the staff (Dang Mrs. Kim) said, "How can we know if we threw it away?" They didn't even look for it and insisted that it wasn't, and then bought me some sore throat medicine from a nearby pharmacy. But 10 minutes later, they came to our room and brought us the medicine that they found in the trash. They then said, "We'll charge you for the medicine that we already bought." When I asked why we had to pay for the cold medicine that the hotel bought by mistake, they said they would report it to their superiors and let me know the results. They never apologized. Then, they came back a little while later and said that I had left the medicine bag near the trash can and threw it away because I thought it was trash. - The child had to take medicine every day and was taking out a little bit of medicine from the medicine bottle, so I never put it in the trash can (on the floor) I couldn't go out in this situation and wasted several hours in the room The next day, I talked to the person in charge (bina), but I felt like I couldn't talk anymore because she laughed at my words and seemed to ignore me Two days later, when I came to Korea, my child's condition was so bad that she had to be hospitalized for 10 days, and I was upset that I threw away all the medicine at the time, but I was glad that I was able to find it in the end, and I thought it would have been okay if I had just received a proper apology. I told this to the manager, but he insisted that I threw it near the trash can and didn't listen to me. - Even if it was as the hotel claimed, does that mean that all the items placed near the trash can, not in it, are trash? In the end, it ended without a proper apology I experienced a service that I never want to experience again

The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are very new. It is worth mentioning that the TV in the room can watch YouTube, which is very good. The hotel's location is also very close to Hoi An Ancient Town, making it convenient for guests to return to the hotel after visiting the ancient town and night market in the evening. However, the hotel breakfast needs to be improved, there are not many choices, and some items are not hot.

It's such a great hotel. I feel fortunate that it's not well known yet. 1. The location is so good. I went out every morning and rode a bike around Hoi An, but it's just a 2-minute walk from the old town, so the location is the best!! 2. The breakfast is delicious. There were many people who said that the breakfast was not delicious, but it was okay for me. I went with my parents in their 60s, and they said the breakfast was okay. One day, we had a buffet, and the other day, we had an Asian menu and a European menu. I chose the Asian menu and it was so delicious. 3. The swimming pool is so pretty and nice. When I went, there were no people at the swimming pool, and it's a great accommodation with an Instagram feel. 4. The rooms are big and clean. The rooms were really big and spacious for two people, so it was perfect for resting. 5. I booked a tour at the hotel, and they connected it at a cheap price. I wanted to see the memory show on the last day, so I asked the hotel, and they got me tickets cheaper than other sites like My Real Trip and Klook. And on the last day, I asked for a sanding service to the airport, and they took me to the airport for a cheap price of 350,000 VND for two people, so I had a comfortable trip. I think I will stay at this accommodation even if I come to Hoi An next time, and it was a good accommodation that I would consider staying here even if I come to Da Nang. And Mr. Dang at the front desk was really kind and helpful!!

This newly opened hotel in Hoi An is reasonably priced and has the best location. It is close to the night market and there are many restaurants, massage shops, pharmacies, and cheap supermarkets nearby. And the staff is very friendly. They always opened the door with a smile and provided many conveniences. In particular, Bina provided various information and conveniences for traveling in Vietnam. Cam on ban~ The buffet breakfast had a small selection, but each one was delicious. The salad was fresh and the mango salad and rice noodles were delicious. The massage skills at Ginger spa were excellent, and the pool was really well managed. The staff was constantly managing the water quality, and it was very clean. Since it was newly opened, I liked the clean pool the most. The fruit juice and coconut coffee I ordered at the poolside were as delicious as those I had at a famous cafe. If I go to Hoi An again, I will definitely book here! I had a great rest~
