We were pleased with the hotel, the staff was responsive.
Excellent breakfast with a large selection of dishes, everything was very tasty.
There is a swimming pool and sun loungers on the territory, but unfortunately we did not use them, as it was not very hot.

For the investment made, I am shocked at the lack of service excellence received. Breakfast bare minimum. I asked for 2 boiled eggs and they deliver it in a plate without egg cup. I asked for egg cup holders and they said tht they have none. They told me this is an American owned hotel and they obviously need training. Noo welcome drink and no info on services. Staff standing around looking lost. No management presence.

Innocent wa really amazing with his service. He took care of my 6 member family brilliantly. Many thanks Radisson for everything and for having him as a perfect host. Jamela also was fantastic helping my wife coordinating safaris, transportation, etc. many thanks. Excellent service!!

Outstanding..!!! This hotel is an oasis of calm. The facilities extensive and decor tasteful. Staff are all subtly attentive without being pushy. Porsha in the restaurant to Kabelo on reception both great examples. All are determined to make your stay memorable. Superb.!!

Close to the Kruger Park, lovely hotel where you get spoilt. Food was good. Enjoyed the Game Drive. The rooms are spacious and the Drakensberg moutnain range is something to see.

Overall the staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean.The breakfast is diverse and caters for everyone.I hope to visit the hotel in the near future
