My partner and I recently visited Kapama Karula. It was hands down the best experience of my life. Even when asked we struggled to come up with any negative feedback for them because it was pretty much a flawless experience. We've travelled a fair amount and are decently picky, if something isn't truly 5* I would say so. The service and food was fantastic, they catered to our dietary needs incredibly well and the room was spotlessly clean. Our tour guide Sifiso was knowledgeable, sociable, friendly and funny without being overbearing. Our spotter Martin was professional, respectful and attentive. Our main waitress Loveness was a dream. She was friendly, cheerful and nothing was ever too much. The reception and bar staff were also really lovely. We didn't meet anyone who dragged down the mood (even the other tourists were a joy!) Aside from all this we got to see the big 5 several times on our trip and it was clear that this is an ethical safari which was a concern of mine before booking. If you want a luxury safari with amazing food and service I couldn't recommend it more.

It was a most memorable experience. The facilities are truly exceptional. The extreme luxury executed in such a subtle way explains the level of detail that has gone into the planning of the facilities (and the extent there of) as well as the way in which the experience is managed to a personal level to make it feel like you are the only guests whilst the camp was actually full. Very impressive. Nothing seems to be too muck trouble for the incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Hard to better. Very well done too management and staff. Thank you sincerely.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at Karula Kapama. We have been to resorts all over the world and to game reserves in several countries in Africa, but this was by far our greatest experience! The facilities are 7 star, the game drives spectacular and the staff are next level in terms of friendliness and ensuring that your trip is something to remember. We will definately retun.

We had such an amazing experience …. the villas were superb, stylishly designed and had absolutely everything a guest would require. The staff were lovely, very courteous and professional (I’m afraid I don’t remember all their names). Precilla was our safari guide and her tracker was Marten. They made sure we saw as much of the wild life as possible and we felt very privileged they were looking after us. She was very knowledgable and made the trips interesting and fun. The food was also of an excellent standard I don’t normally write reviews but our stay felt like 7 star quality …. so thank you for giving us a holiday of a lifetime!

This was my parents’ first safari, and they were absolutely blown away by it all. My sister traveled all the way from Bahrain, and she had the best time ever. The villas were absolutely stunning, so luxurious and comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home, just a more stunning, upgraded version! A huge thank you to Justice and Thumelo, our Dream Team! Their expertise, passion, and dedication in tracking and finding the animals made every game drive extraordinary. We saw the most incredible sights, and their knowledge and enthusiasm made it even more special. The food was out of this world, every meal was an absolute delight! Singini took such wonderful care of us, ensuring we were always looked after with our food and drinks, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. This trip was incredibly special for us as a family. We haven’t holidayed altogether like this in about 25 years, and every moment was beyond perfect. None of us wanted to leave!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The team at Kapama is incredibly attentive and warm, making you feel right at home. The safari guides are highly skilled and ensure you have the best tours possible. The villas are spotless, and the service throughout is nothing short of exceptional. It’s an unforgettable experience, and I’m already looking forward to returning!
