The front desk staff of the hotel are friendly, but the room is a bit old. The water temperature and pressure in the toilet are sufficient, but the toilet has a peculiar smell. The bedding is average and the air conditioning is sufficient.

Good space, suitable place to the explore the HCMC city. Budget friendly.

Room do not clean properly and hot water for take a shower is not good

it is very good location. But, map that trip application shows is different from actual place. Building is old, but I stayed comfortable. I was surprised that elevator lift is very small. But also it is no problem to use.

Easy access to city centre

The location is good, but the facilities are too old. Especially the air conditioner is very old. You must open the door with a real key, not a card key. The elevator is too small. This is my first time seeing a 3-seater elevator.

It was said to have a window, but I was given a room without a window.

Worst place to stay in Vietnam for 4 nights, from June 5th to 9th, they said the air conditioner didn't work, so they gave us a fan, and the room smelled of mold, there was no mixed coffee, and there were only two large towels and only two large towels, and the cleaning was bad.

Absolutely disgusting I would never recommend this “hotel” although it is in a great location and the staff try to be very helpful the pictures provided in the advertisement and what you actually get are very different we were moved 3 times first room had mould spoors growing on the back of the bathroom door, tiles were broken in the shower, bathroom threshold came off as I walked over it, it was not attached at all, air con had mould under neath and the room had a lot of previous leaks which resulted in a lot of mould throughout the room, we were moved into a second room which had a water leak so badly there was puddles on the floor, we were moved again to a room which was slightly better however the aircon filters were so bad we had to remove them as no air was coming out and as my husband was putting them back in he noticed mould growing on the inner coil
