The Myst is a charming boutique hotel tucked away in the heart of District 1. The property appears to have been converted from a colonial-era building, and it carries that vintage character well—with plenty of colonial-inspired decor and ambiance throughout. Service was attentive, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. That said, the layout and overall atmosphere may not suit everyone. If you prefer more conventional or modern hotel setups, this might not be your ideal choice. However, if you're drawn to a unique, character-filled stay in the middle of Saigon’s hustle and bustle, The Myst delivers just that.

I had a very comfortable stay at the myst hotel’s verdant calm balcony view. It overlooks the Times Square and you can catch a glimpse of the Nguyen hue street if you’re on a higher floor. The room was very spacious and the facilities including mattress were of quality better than other 4 star hotels. Free minibar and high tea also a plus. Everything was perfect for us as the room assigned was very well located. The same just might not be the case for other room types or those on the first few floors. I’d recommend this for younger couples, i think it’ll be great.

This is one of the most fashionable boutique hotels I've ever stayed in. The room design was exceptional, and their jacuzzi in the balcony is very nice to relax at the end of the day. Complimentary high tea at the restaurant and rooftop pool made our stay perfect. They surprised us for my bf's birthday with a cake and message card. Thank you for the heartwarming surprise. I'll definitely come back again when I visit Ho Chi Minh City.

Quite possibly one of the best boutique hotels I have stayed in, in Asia. Location is excellent, beautiful building, attention to detail and the food and drinks are wonderful. Would recommend every time over ‘chain’ brands.

Jus spent a night here yesterday… quite a experience… we had a very warm welcome at the door and at the reception… the staff give us alot of helpful information at check in… quick n responsive… the… the afternoon tea was very chill, lots of cake, dessert and beverages along with some live acoustic music performance… the breakfast buffet was amazed me the most with some western - american dish… coffee was perfect… the room looked chill, comfy bed… love the jetted private bathtub outside the balcony….

Me n my husband and an other couple of our friends stayed here at The Myst Dong Khoi over the weekend 3 days 2 nights recently, we all loves the vibe here! They really have their own characters and uniqueness not the ordinary business hotel, and all the staffs here are super helpful, friendly and kind specially Long at the reception and Duc at concierge. Even though I do have some problems before checking in trying to amend my booking but booking platform said non refundable n non changeable and yet the hotel staff was really nice n helpful to accommodate my request. Thanks again The Myst we’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip in HCMC!

Love the afternoon tea and breakfast. Great location. Staff is friendly and welcoming. However, just only 1 chef at the crepe/ waffle station ( afternoon tea) was rude to my friend when she ask for assistance. Also when i ask for just a few pieces of fresh banana for my son’s waffle dish, he refused and forced me swap with banana crepe. Please… it was not a big issue but it is not right, specially, happened in 5 stars hotel. We have a surprised gift, it was great but please bring before we check in/ or need to ask our permission to enter our room. Don’t enter our room if we weren’t there after checking in. Overall, we love the hotel vibe and location.

Great location near the ferry pier to go to Vung Tau. The hotel itself was nice and we enjoyed afternoon tea. Nice spacious rooms. Would definitely come again.
