Saigon 9 - Rivergate Residence Infinity Pool Reviews

The place is ok but a bit weird. -Swimming pool closes at 16h or 17h (the person in charged said the two hours) -Room is big and clean but: no plugs in the room near the bed, lighs of the main room are in the living room, window is too near the other houses and they can see it all so you have to have curtains close most of the time and air condition is very noisy. -I was asked if i need towels at night of the second day... A bit late to be honest, i dont know. -Swimming pool access is very complicated, you cant go on your own so you need to contact the person in charge to go with you every time and he hardly answer the phone. The main reason to get this place is the swimming pool but there is so much information missing about it in fact. I dnt come back for that price. I d look for a place more in the center with a normal swimming pool and breakfast if I am honest. The service was not what it seems in the info at all.

We really enjoyed the stay in this residential hotel, the owner guided us to find our room smoothly, the AC of the room was already turned on! Very thoughtful gesture which is a plus for us in that hot weather and long flight. Clean Towels were provided every day, they have everything you need. Pharmacy, 3 convenient stores and coffee shops downstairs. If you don’t like city crowds, Location is just good! Is near all the sightseeing places.

Location is great . Right in district 1. Just 20 mins across the bridge to the market . Staff were flexible with my early morning check in and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again !

The room was very clean and the view from the outside was nice. There were convenience facilities such as convenience stores, pharmacies, and coffee shops on the first floor, so it was good to use

The place was nice, good location and the owner let us check in early which was kind. It was difficult to contact and we had to physically go there to contact him which was frustrating. Bed was very comfortable and good pool but our card was not able to access it. We also had a leak in the air conditioning which was fixed very quickly but we had to stay and wait for it to be fixed for an hour and a half and owner did not apologise.

Excellent experience staying here. I love the pool and location is near to D1. Many shops and coffee places nearby. Clean rooms and comfy bed. will definitely come again.

Saigon 9 is the luxurious stay in Saigon. It’s situated in a prime property of Saigon. The Location is so cool and all tourists destinations are within limits. Rooms - Were so comfortable and clean. The beeding, washrooms, AC, everything was so cool and perfect. Swimming Pool - 5/5 for the swimming pool. We can enjoy the luxurious atmosphere while swimming. The USP is this pool. Staffs - The landlady of the property upgraded our stay to a premium segment. What else can we ask for!! Satisfied alot!! Location - a 7/11 is situated in ground floor, that the best option for small eats and breakfast. Lots of chain restaurants are nearby. Last Word - 5/5 Apartment!! Loved this Stay!!

Location is really good very close to District 1, simple but clean and nice!

They are very nice and hospitality, room also clean and comfortable. Good location and there is a 7/11 convenient store just at first floor. We had good memories in Vietnam. I will book this hotel again if I travel to Vietnam.

It is my first time stay at service apartment and I like it. The location is close to a city center, few minutes to Binh Thanh market. The room is clean, tidy and safe to stay. Require to contact to the owner first prior to arrival for elevator card and key. Thank you that allow early check in!

It's not so good No boby handle check in, check out Nobody to follow up once need any assistance In general just 3 out of 5

the location was quite good, but it's kind of appartment, there's no service. And there were wifi, netflix, washing mechine, stove, everything inside the room, but no access code to connect internet and watch TV. For long term staying is excellent, but not for one day.

As serviced apartments go these are small but do the job. A walk over the bridge and you're in the thick of District 1.
