This hotel is okay, the interior design inside the room is certainly different. The public areas need attention because it’s quite messy and definitely causing the vibe to be less exclusive. We did get crispy clean towels, so that’s very much appreciated! Sadly the breakfast is also a not a 4-star hotel standard and the pool is only 2m x 3.5m. When we arrived the windows in our room were open and the window in the bathroom has no lock. Since we arrived after 9pm we didn’t feel very secure. I think for the price we paid we expected more.

Very slowly elevator. Nice view from the roof (swimming pool). Breakfast is 3.5 from 5. The Room with window is ok.

The service was great and nice, the service staffs were always wearing smile and warmly concern and greetings made my trip so impressed.

Great hotel in very convenient but quiet side street location in the central tourist district of HCM. We walked everywhere from here to the puppet show, museums and heaps of fun bars and restaurants. Breakfast is simple but great. Rooftop pool we used every day to cool down. Room was good size, clean, secure, and comfortable bed. Staff here are very sweet and friendly. We tried to extend our stay by a couple of nights because we loved it - all booked out, that’s how popular it is.

Room size was small. But it's ok as the price is very affordable. However, the receptionist was rather arrogant when checking out, insisted I pay some fees as my coloured hair stained their pillo sheets. I tried to explain but no negotiation was allowed. It could have been more acceptable if the receptionist was kinder in explaining their hotel policy. But she was arrogant and kept saying No..

Hotel is decent, lobby is quite small at entrance. Staff is friendly and location is good. Pictures are bit deceptive on booking i feel, and with same price there are better options available for sure as i booked just by pictures.

I was especially impressed by how the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, from providing helpful local tips to accommodating special requests with a smile. Great place located in the heart of Saigon. Staff are super helpful and make you feel welcome. Had a problem with the wifi on tv but this wasnt a big issue. Would 100% stay again. Breakfast could have more options but there is great food located all over the city close by.

A nice and clean hotel at a very convenient location, close to all essential places. Breakfast is really good, the staff are helpful and friendly. Everyone speaks English.

For an overnight stay was ok. Would i stay there for longer periods? I'm not sure. The slowest elevator i've ever seen.
