Suitable to stay if alone

Just check the dust cling on the wood door. They never clean the room probably. I saw a lot of foreigners traveller booked and stay this hotel, but the cleaning and hygiene is not clean. I hope you understand and change it

The place is really quiet. I have to go to all the trouble. What a mess. The staff is always there to help. It's not cool at all. The air conditioner is broken or they don't clean it. It smells like cigarettes as soon as you open the room. I'm not satisfied. I made a reservation for 4 days but I just checked out. I don't care if I don't get my money back. Ugh

Not very comfortable. so so. No hot water for bathing

The reception staff are pleasant people. However, on the 3rd day of my stay, two of the 10 500,000 VND banknotes that I had separately put in a zipper pack were taken out by the room cleaning service staff. It was separated for separate payment. It should have been 5,000,000 VND, but when I opened the zipper pack at the time of payment, it was reduced to 4,000,000 VND. Found out after checking out. I contacted the hotel via social media messengers about this situation. However, there was no return response.

The location of Lucky Star hotel is excellent and convenient. We found many Vietnamese food around. Quality of rooms is good, bed and pillows very comfortable. The staff of this hotel are very welcome and helpful. We had a nice experience here.
