Good location , good service, good food.

Clean, simple and great location. Staff is super friendly and helpful with transportation and other needs. Great jumping off point for trips all over Vietnam if you start in HCMC.

a thumb up for Mr Toby at the reception, he never fail to help whenever we approach him, beside he speak good English and make communication easy. Thumb down for housekeep, shower amenities was never refilled. Stay there for 4 night, every night we need to ask from reception for shampoo and bath gel. Location are good, walking distance to Ben Thanh market and other place or interest. Overall not so bad.

Good location, staff friendly.

The location is quite lovely and in a prime location. Just a few minutes walk to Walking Street and a lot of bars and restaurants around. Room is a bit small but acceptable and room hygiene is not very good. So, I would rate 3 stars out of 5.

Booked family room, 102. The beds too soft and it sink in the middle. Very uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep well. Toilet need improvement.

The room is dark, the location of the hotel is better, two bottles of water are provided, and the breakfast is average Vietnam River, downtown Ho Chi Minh City, I hope to come there next time The room is clean Air-conditioned jelly
