SureStay Hotel by Best Western North Vancouver Capilano Reviews

No breakfast is provided, but the Dutch pancakes next door are very delicious. If you live here, you can go there to eat the Dutch pancakes in the morning. It costs about $25 Canadian dollars per person. There is a pizza shop opposite, which can be used for dinner or midnight snack. Both places are within walking distance. This is just an ordinary motel, but because the location just meets our needs, we still stay here even though it is a little expensive.

There was a fly in the room and there was no water at the front desk. The only advantage is that it is close to the cable bridge, which is only a dozen minutes' walk away. There is a gas station and a supermarket next to it, which is very convenient.

The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet and peaceful, the facilities are complete, the staff have very good service attitude and are friendly. There are several restaurants about 10 minutes' walk away, and the transportation is convenient.

The key card of this hotel is not very good. It can’t be opened all the time. It’s very troublesome to walk a long way to the door to make a new key card. But the good thing is to order takeaway and it’s delivered directly. There is no elevator.

You have to take a bus to go downtown, but it was okay because it was right across the crosswalk from the bus stop. There is also a convenience store at the gas station right next to it. The three of us stayed and the room was spacious and nice! The bathroom is also clean.

It's okay. Compared with the other two hotels on this trip, the room is small and the price-quality ratio is relatively low. The overall feeling is okay.
