Hotel is nice! Service is also pretty good especially 世宗 who helps us to book the restaurant etc. One suggestion in children playroom, think the 波波池should change to soft mattress instead of hard ground. :)

On west side of Zhuhai and remote but quiet and a relaxing place

Very good hotel, new and well managed. Shi Zhong was very helpful and helped us answer many questions and was very nice and warm.

Wonderful place for a short vacation for family with young kids. Free shuttle service to amusement park. Kids love the slide within room. Spacious room

Hotel was great, clean, staff friendly, food was good. Everyday we had delivered plate of fresh fruits. Location is good for spending time in hot springs.

We appreciate our host Tsing Jin for upgrading us to a family room so we can have an extra bed for a 3 year old with good kids decorations and toys. We try both the Chinese restaurant and the Japanese restaurant at the top floor, both very good food. Japanese restaurants waiters all very good service and reasonable price at hotel standard. The Chinese doctor inside the Hotspring Center next to the kids pool is the best quality and anyone with postures issue should give a try. So professional and could solve real problems.

Very good trip

It’s amazing place for families , new hotel clean and big place , with infinity pool you can see pleasant sunset. We spent Mid-Autumn festival holiday with non stop activities. It was nice dinner with party show. Staying in PATA hotel gives the free access also the water park , amusement park , zoo and the hot spring spa. A lot of things can be enjoyed. We plan to visit it next time to enjoy the more. We thanking Ms.Xiao Chen she guided us for all activities times and access also the restaurants. Support us all around the day till late night. Fast check in and check out. Strongly recommended this hotel for your holidays. One place for everything.
