I have to give this place 5 stars for service because they helped me with my luggage. On the other hand, the capsule room I was in could only be reached via steep stairs - there's no elevator. So, keep that in mind if you have luggage.
The capsule was quite comfortable, except that hard relatively high threshold that could really hurt your shins. I liked that the room itself had a very high ceiling.
During my stay someone smoked in their capsule though and it made the whole room smell.
Everything could be cleaner, I wiped the table top downstairs with a wet wipe and it turned dark grey fast.
It was hard to leave in the morning because the hostel also serves as a restaurant/cafe and the entrance was almost completely blocked by parked motorbikes.
Overall, I would stay again.

前は2階部分がカプセルルームだったが1階部分に移動していた。カプセル自体はとてもいいがシャワールームは少し清潔感にかける。隣にファミマがあるので便利。
