Washing machine not as photo. Sofa not as photo. Neve provided towels only for first day. Water same issue.
Every single morning 11am staff come and open the door!! To kick us out or ask payment extention. It's totally no privacy take care for your things!!. Even door is locked it's not helpful. 2 men came inside right away I was in bed.
Agent was angry because I used trip.Com and she did not treat me well. However when I ask booking direct with them the price was higher, hence I booked trip.com and then she was angry all the time at me. Such poor behaviour, I only book this apartmnet every time I come hcmc. But the treatment was horrible.

The house is cozy, the swimming pool here is the best
eazy to access the gym and pool
Their staff was very enthusiastic and attentive

The hotel is located in District 2, it takes 10 minutes to get to the center but it is new and very clean, quiet
