Washing machine not as photo. Sofa not as photo. Neve provided towels only for first day. Water same issue.
Every single morning 11am staff come and open the door!! To kick us out or ask payment extention. It's totally no privacy take care for your things!!. Even door is locked it's not helpful. 2 men came inside right away I was in bed.
Agent was angry because I used trip.Com and she did not treat me well. However when I ask booking direct with them the price was higher, hence I booked trip.com and then she was angry all the time at me. Such poor behaviour, I only book this apartmnet every time I come hcmc. But the treatment was horrible.

The room is new, but the service is really bad. First of all, the check-in instructions say that there will be someone at the front desk before 10pm, but there was no one actually. We had to contact in advance, and it took more than an hour to check in. Secondly, a large number of unknown black bugs appeared in the room in the middle of the night and crawled all over the pillows, which scared people so much that they didn't dare to live in that room. The next day, the hotel staff came and reported the situation and promised to give a solution, but in the end, no one responded. Ctrip's customer service was still very enthusiastic and communicated throughout the process, but the hotel didn't give any feedback. Just for this kind of service and follow-up solution, in addition, the hotel clearly marked the price of this broken how much, that fault how much, anyway, if you get cheated, it's speechless, definitely avoid this hotel
