High-end residential building, the west tower is an office building. There is an outdoor swimming pool on the top floor of the 8th floor opposite, but landlubbers can't enjoy it. There are Haidilao and Diando across the road, but it's terrible to walk through the traffic, so I didn't go to eat. There are Vietnamese and Japanese restaurants downstairs. The hotel staff came to confirm and refund the deposit after check-in and check-out. When checking in, they said check-out at 8 am, but I still had to wait for half an hour when checking out. Fortunately, it didn't affect my flight.

Actually, it's not a hotel. It should be called a homestay or short-term rental. I stayed here for more than a week and had to take care of all the cleaning myself. To be honest, the surrounding environment is okay and the facilities in the building are also OK.

Washing machine not as photo. Sofa not as photo. Neve provided towels only for first day. Water same issue.
Every single morning 11am staff come and open the door!! To kick us out or ask payment extention. It's totally no privacy take care for your things!!. Even door is locked it's not helpful. 2 men came inside right away I was in bed.
Agent was angry because I used trip.Com and she did not treat me well. However when I ask booking direct with them the price was higher, hence I booked trip.com and then she was angry all the time at me. Such poor behaviour, I only book this apartmnet every time I come hcmc. But the treatment was horrible.
