I was told by the staff to contact them 10 minutes before arriving at the hotel, but even though I messaged them, I didn’t receive any reply. When I arrived, the reception at the apartment wasn’t affiliated with the hotel, so they couldn’t answer any of my questions. Since I still hadn’t heard back from the staff, I had no idea which room I was supposed to stay in, and I ended up waiting for a long time without being able to do anything.
I contacted them through various methods—WhatsApp, email, and Trip.com messages—and finally received a reply. I was exhausted from my flight, so this experience was extremely frustrating.
The room itself was very spacious, luxurious, and had a great view. However, the staff’s responsiveness definitely needs improvement.
