不得不說入住時人員服務真的很棒，可是呢，入住房型與當初訂房上的完全不同，入住地點地址不同，也沒有再第一時間告知，事後反應的時候一直不予理會，總之整體都很糟糕且令人反感。啊對了，他們的人員都會擅自開門，雖然沒有進入，但感覺非常的噁心且恐怖，他們的解釋是不知道我們還有沒有在，我們押金都沒拿事情沒有解決會離開？什麼**問題🙄奉勸各位都不要入住此飯店，就是把公寓出租給旅客的日租套房，衛生很差，糟糕到令人覺得好笑

For a hotel at this price, I didn't feel a good experience at all. First, I contacted the hotel on Friday night to complain about several parts, and no one replied until I checked out on Sunday. Secondly, the temporary pictures on the website are indeed luxurious, but after checking in, I found that I just gave a room with the same layout, and the pictures on the website are the same as those used by another hotel. I can't understand. Mealwhile, where is the bathtub？
