Nice clean hotel. The reception was very nice and helped me store my luggage when I needed to leave after check out. The room looks cozy.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We had a great view of the garden below and skyline of D7. Although there was an open bar right behind our place, there wasn’t too much noise, apart from when there were cheers from the football game. Our place was cleaned every day of our week long stay. We were provided clean towels, toilet paper, water, coffee etc., every day. Front desk staff were also very pleasant and professional. I would stay there again.

I book for big room, but they said my room is used for last person, and he didn't check out, so move me to otehr location and small room. inside & space is very different with my booking, so I feel like I've been cheated!!

It's the worst place I've stayed in Vietnam From the time I checked in on the first day, there were ants in the room I endured it until the evening, but the ants crawled all the way to the bed, so I went to the front desk The staff sighed deeply and were really rude ㅡㅡ They said it was my fault for ordering food, and the ants were there since I checked in They said they would upgrade my room, but I had to wait until the next day I waited until the next day and asked to change rooms, They said I had to pay an additional 100,000 won, and I asked for a refund because I would rather go to a better hotel than pay that much, But they said no In the end, I just changed rooms, and this country is all about money, so I asked to move some water from the fridge, and they said I had to pay I said I had water that I bought, so I would take it, But they said I couldn't because they already gave it to me, so I somehow moved the water I was really pissed Incident🤯🤬⤵️👇🏻👇🏻 I didn't clean my room well, and when I went out, I left my makeup room for the first time and when I came back, the front desk called me urgently and showed me a long text translation machine that was already prepared and said that there was purple stains on the pillow cover and that they were charging me 29,000 wonㅋㅋ I didn't eat anything in the room with a bed in the first place I was so worried that ants would swarm around that I kept it clean When I got it delivered once, I ate it in the living room and went out the door right away There was absolutely no way that anything would get on the cover And the dye didn't come out of my hairㅡㅡㅋ What pissed me off even more was that when I checked out, the pillow cover was the same ㅋㅋFuck It seems like they're trying everything to get money for nothing They really deserve to be punished, laughing and saying, "Don't you have a guilty conscience?" My husband said that I should give it to him even if it was 290,000 won So I just gave it to him because it was 29,000 won Ha...🤬 I don't want to give it a 1 star, I don't want to give it a 1 star at all ㅡㅡhu A place that scams Koreans by making a show out of nothing when there's no one aroundㅋ
