I made a reservation for my child, and as it was his first time, he didn't understand a few things, so he asked a few questions over the phone, but in the end, he was yelled at. Apparently, he even went so far as to say that people who don't understand the system like that shouldn't stay at a hotel like this. I wish they had explained the things I didn't understand in a clearer, gentler, and more detailed way. I also wish they'd put a statement on their website that they don't accept beginners. I'm shocked that they got yelled at after I paid in advance. I'm not sure if I'll be able to cancel.
