"really clean and the service is great. i was forgetten my shirt then the reception lady was riding bicycle to give it back to me when i was walking to the metro station! amazing service mind 💕 it is those kinds of business hotel but this place seems not that old and very clean. it is taking awhile from the central of tokyo but i will definitely stay here again 🙏🏻 I really like this place."

"Although it was a weekday, I'm sure many of you have come across it, but I happened to hear some loud snoring in the lower room of the capsule hotel, so I tried to put up with it, but it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep, so I told the staff. He changed it for me. I slept well thanks to you. Thank you 😊 If it's crowded, I guess I'll just have to be patient."

"ライブで泊まりました。 結論:最高 特急ラビューとこのホテルの為だけにもう一度来たいです。 昭和の良さが残りつつもReffaのヘッドシャワーを付けたりベッド横に充電用コンセントがあったり細かい配慮が最高。 ベッドも枕もタオルもこだわりを感じます。 フロントなどのスタッフの方も素朴な感じがとても良い。とても笑顔が素敵です。 働き甲斐を感じながら働いてるのが伝わりました。 そして朝ご飯が最高に美味しかったです。 どうかこのままで、このままの所沢パークホテルでいて下さい。こういうホテルが最近減ってきたように思います。 どうかこの良さをこのままで。また泊まりに来たいです。"
