The hotel is strategically located next to gondola lift to Mt Asahidake, hence perfect location after 5 hours hike to Mt Asahidake. We reached the hotel from Asahikawa by bus 66. We stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights (halfboard). Breakfast is ok and and dinner was fantastic. Just giving my feedback, breakfast time is very short, only until 9am. Should be longer for holiday hotel. Room is very spacious. Price is also expensive but you get what you paid.

Service is fine, facilities is fine, food is fine, overall is fine and expectable.

Incredible service and beautiful, quiet hotel with rooms that make you feel like home! We even met a ezo red fox while driving down the mountain from the hotel.

Accommodation right below Asaitake Ropeway 4/30 Daisetsuzan is still winter. I was so jealous of people snowboarding on the natural snow Dinner was great, and breakfast was even goooood The hot spring is a little small, but it's perfect for relieving fatigue.

The location is a little far away, and it was difficult to drive there due to the snow on the road, but the room facilities were first-class, except for one of the waitresses with a stinky face, which was the only flaw

When I checked in, the Japanese waiter rolled his eyes🙄! ! ! It was a terrible experience! It ruined my whole day trip! ! ! The cable car was out of service and I had nowhere to go for the whole day. I asked the front desk to help call a taxi to Biei. It was originally said that the hotel would pick me up in 15 minutes, but I waited for an hour and 15 minutes because of the heavy snow. During this period, I went to the front desk to inquire 3 times, but the front desk did not help to contact the driver and just let me wait. When the driver finally came, I wanted to cancel the trip because I was afraid that I would not be able to come back due to the heavy snow, and I took the initiative to pay the penalty, but the driver wanted to charge 10,000 yen, which is equivalent to 483 yuan, saying that it was a company rule. I think this number is wrong because my own time was wasted and I didn’t receive a notice that my colleagues had to pay so much money. I wanted to bargain but the front desk was unwilling to help. The attitude was very impatient and rolled my eyes🙄. They showed a state of Japanese helping Japanese, and finally I had to pay. The front desk’s English was really bad. I had to use a translation machine, hesitating and unable to solve any problems.

The room is big and the bathroom is nice. Although it is a bit old, it is a wonderful two nights to watch the snow and catch up on sleep under the snowy mountains.

The room space design, facilities, environment and service are impeccable. The nearby snow-capped mountains are a paradise for skiing and hiking enthusiasts.

The location is very good. The Asahidake Cable Car is just a 100-200-meter walk away. The shuttle bus back to Asahikawa and the airport is next door. The food is also great, the service is also very good, and they even upgraded my room!
