"The booking description mentioned a private hot spring bath, but it turned out to be a bathtub used as a soaking pool. There was no temperature display, and no seating area for the hot spring pool; there was only one handrail on one side, making it extremely slippery. The outdoor pool required going uphill, and it was a very small pool, practically just for show. There were no staff members. Despite claiming to be a four-star hotel, there were very few staff members; only one receptionist was busy running around. The room didn't even have a refrigerator, and the washbasin and bar were placed together. It was a complete waste of the hotel's beautiful exterior."
