Great location, very clean lobby and room, friendly staff. The only gripe I have is smoking is somewhat allowed. The initial room I was given smelled strongly of cigarette. However front desk staff quickly help changed a room, which still has a tinge of cigarette smell but was much better. The bar fridge is switched on only when needed. But when I open the fridge, the super strong cigarette smell came out and hit me instantly. There are also guests who smoke at the walkway and at lift lobby. This alone is bad. Everything else is great, no complaints.

Very cozy hotel. The hotel is very clean. There were delicious breakfasts.

Hotel is relatively new, kept in a very good condition. Staff working at front desk are very nice, a lot of smile, they put us at top floor, level 13, with 2.4m bed, very big, very comfortable. Location at the old side of the city, but walking distance to the highest water fountain. I am sure will come back again next time if I visit heyuan again.

environment: The hotel is located in Heyuan City, not far from the museum, about 2 kilometers away. It is very convenient to share electric cars or take a taxi. The hotel environment is very good, spacious and comfortable, equipped with tea, laundry, and buffet breakfast. The overall stay is comfortable facility: The hotel upgraded us to a suite. The room is larger and has a leisure area. It is very comfortable. Rest and leisure do not interfere with each other. It is great. It is suitable for families with children. It also has two bathrooms, making it more convenient for families to stay. breakfast: I used Ctrip points to redeem the double breakfast benefit. I didn’t expect that children over 1.2 meters would have to buy breakfast. It cost 18 yuan. The experience was not very good. Most hotels offer free breakfast for children under 1.4 meters or under 17 years old. This is the first time I encountered 1.2. The hotel restaurant charges for every meter. The breakfast is quite rich, with both Chinese and Western dishes. It tastes good. The freshly ground coffee is great and the matcha mousse is delicious.

河源性價比超高的酒店！酒店位置得天獨厚，距離萬綠湖十五分鐘車程，到亞洲第一高噴泉也是極其方便，看完噴泉表演在河邊漫步也是非常舒適。酒店早餐品種豐富齊全，房間寬敞舒適，特別是大床房安靜，睡眠極佳，水量充足超舒服，服務熱情周到，送水果到房間，地下車庫免費停車。附近有一家早餐店的腸粉和豬雜湯美味可口，絕對值得推薦的酒店！下次來河源還是不二之選！

房間大，尤其是超大的一張床，窗户對着老城區，步行5分鐘到老街中心街，車水馬龍特產豐富，房間整體衞生都不錯，熱水充足洗溂用品齊全，隔音也不錯，2佰多的價格物超所值，最重要前台二位美女的服務熱情周到，特意安排了車送東站，真心值得推薦

打開房門擦卡瞬間窗簾緩緩打開，進門感受很好，住的是10樓，視野不錯！酒店臨近馬路邊，很好找，也有專門停車場，特別方便，但是晚上睡覺相對也沒有那麼安靜。我們定了兩間房，其中一間空調出了點問題，好在酒店能及時解決問題，另外一間正常。還送了下午點心、退房時還送了孩子玩具，孩子很開心！

房間衞生乾淨，四樓烘乾機烘乾真的是後悔了，衣服烘乾出一股味道。本來洗的乾乾淨淨的。還是建議有一個晾曬陽台。 還有衞生間衞生不太好，時間長了衞生間感覺不好，其他都還不錯。 尤其是夏天出來旅行一定要有冰箱。 感謝送的一份水果。 還有就是地理位置，沒話説，距離亞洲第一高噴泉，衹有300米，看完噴泉逛逛古平街。 或者應該下午逛古平街，吃美食，然後看噴泉。剛剛好。

非常滿意的入住。從預訂，接車到離店，服務都非常好，解決問題及時又到位。酒店乾淨也很安靜，離恐龍博物館，太平古街比較近，打車也非常方便，酒店的自助早餐很好吃，還有下午茶，健身房。小孩非常喜歡。

房間還算乾淨，就是進房間有煙味，因為是帶小朋友出遊，對氣味比較敏感。晚上到酒店，客房服務還送了酸奶水果過來。距離恐龍博物館很近，酒店所處位置方便！
