Hotel breakfast is great! Service is excellent. The counter staff at check-in were particularly helpful. We had a nice view from the room, and the place was quiet and tranquil.

Room is up to satisfactory, The cafe for breakfast needs to be better organised, it was quite messy and did not give you sense of cleanliness and comfort.

We had a great view of the mountain. There aren’t anything near the hotel. You have to didi to places. The facilities for kids in the hotel was great. Outdoor pool and the activities were amazing. The play room was a little small but there were good options of arcades (self paid). Not much choice for breakfast.

Breakfast was good but Women's jakuzi wasn't working.

The location is very good, near the west gate of Dayan Mountain. The front desk upgraded the room for me. It is very quiet to rest. You can walk to Dayan Mountain in your spare time. The scenery is beautiful. It is worth recommending. Great 👍

It's simply the most absurd hotel I've ever come across. I arrived at the hotel at around 9pm on Friday night. When I went upstairs, I found the room was stuffy. I turned on the air conditioner, and the noise was huge. I thought about taking a shower and getting ready for bed, but after the shower I found the room was even more stuffy. The air conditioner didn't seem to work. I opened the balcony door, and the wind outside was very comfortable. The air conditioner was still working with a huge noise, but it didn't work at all. The whole room was stuffy and I couldn't breathe without opening the door. I called the front desk, and the front desk said to send someone up to take a look. If it didn't work, we could change rooms. The staff came and brought a fan, and then told us that there was no air conditioning in the entire hotel, so we had to change rooms. Same, inexplicably angry, it was past eleven, I called the front desk again, the front desk said he couldn't do anything, said to let the manager contact me to solve it, almost half an hour later the manager called, saying that we are afraid of heat and guests are afraid of cold, so they set the air conditioner to not be able to adjust the temperature, speechless, the first time I heard such an explanation, the hotel has only six or seven floors, opening the balcony door is equivalent to sleeping open, there is no anti-theft net, no security at all, if you don't open the door, the room is stuffy and uncomfortable, it's already twelve o'clock and really tired, finally we chose to sleep with the door open, but in the end I didn't sleep all night, and I checked out early the next morning, so speechless! The hotel has almost no service, I really regret choosing this hotel and ruined my weekend!

The price of the hotel dinner buffet is similar to that of first-tier cities.

The hotel is located next to Dayan Mountain and the environment is still very good. I booked a mountain view twin room with two breakfasts in the hotel about a month in advance. When I booked, the room rates for 2 nights were 737 yuan and 632 yuan respectively. I thought that the price would go up during the Chinese New Year holiday. On the day I arrived at the hotel, I accidentally opened Ctrip and found that the room was only 486 yuan/night, which means that the same time, the same room type and dining conditions were nearly 400 yuan cheaper. Of course, Ctrip was very generous in the end and let me cancel and rebook. There was no economic loss, but if I didn't open my phone to check the price on the same day, would I have lost 400 inexplicably? Let's talk about check-in. It's understandable that there was a shortage of staff during the Spring Festival, but it took us an hour and a half to check in, from nearly 3 o'clock to 4:30. Shouldn't the hotel make reasonable arrangements based on the check-in situation on that day? Let's talk about the cleanliness of the room. On the second day of our stay, we came back from playing outside at 4 o'clock, and the room was not cleaned. After 15 minutes, the cleaner saw the child in the room and just cleaned the bathroom hastily, and even the quilt was not made flat. On the third day of our stay, we came back from dinner at 19:15, and the room was still not cleaned. I called the front desk to report it, and no one came to clean it until 20:00. The standard of the food and breakfast felt like an ordinary 4-star standard, and the dinner buffet was not appetizing at all, which was very unworthy of the price of 188 (Marriott member price). In general, the hotel's services, especially the room service, need to be greatly increased.

The hotel environment is comfortable and the place is spacious. The hotel has complete and diverse facilities, including Chinese and Western restaurants and bars. Even if you don't go out, there is plenty of entertainment in the hotel. There are also many attractions and restaurants to choose from near the hotel for self-driving tours. It was a really nice family vacation and we will come again. In winter, the air conditioning in hotel rooms does not have cooling, only centrally controlled air supply. It would be ideal if you could freely choose the air conditioning or wind speed. There is no button for the toilet exhaust and the wind power is not strong enough.
