Very friendly and helpful personnel. The hotel is close to the Marina and other interesting places to visit. The area to visit in Crete is small. So everything is close. The rooms were clean. The only thing that was not working was the bathroom ventilation. But I guess it can be fixed easily. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel itself is clean and convenient located nearby the Heraklion Harbour and city center. Note that you need to check in at the lato Hotel across the street. The annex lato is a separate building.

I had a lovely 2 days stay here! The staff was helpful and friendly, room service was excellent too! This was the nicest hotel for a great price! I chose the budget room and will come back again! Also, I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! Cheers!

Position 100 points. We came by bus from Chania and the next stop was to take a boat to Santorini. The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the bus station and the pier. The museum is also within a 10-minute walk. It is also within 1 km of the walking street. The room facilities are very new and feel newly decorated. The counter staff was great too. Always provide me with help and never do things perfunctorily.

The hotel is not bad, the hardware facilities are at the level of 3.5 stars to 4 stars, basically comparable to the domestic all seasons. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the port, 10 minutes walk away. It is also close to the bus station, about 3 minutes walk, and you can take bus No. 02 directly to the Minoan Palace. The front desk service is very good. Our last day was a morning flight and we needed to leave before 7 o'clock (the hotel provides breakfast from 7 o'clock). We told the front desk one day in advance, and they prepared a packed breakfast for us the next morning and called a taxi for us.

This company operates two hotels. The location is good, but there is no parking lot. The cleanliness is acceptable, and the rooms are not large, but they are not bad for use. The lounge on the 7th floor overlooks the beach and the fortress area and the port.
