這次南嶽之行，選了南嶽這家酒店，體驗感直接拉滿，必須五星好評！一進酒店，管家小佳就熱情打招呼，辦理入住迅速，安排的房間也很滿意，全程順暢又舒心。第二天早起，去一樓吃自助早餐，米粉的味道太絕了，一下就抓住了我的胃，吃得超滿足。後來發現負一樓居然還有游泳池，水質乾淨得很，身心都放鬆了。這裏員工素質高，服務超棒，下次來南嶽，還住這兒！推薦大家入住這家酒店！

差評，非常差，工作人員沒有時間觀念，工作態度差！如果辦不到就不要忽悠客户有這項服務，自己酒店規定的八點發車去大廟，等到差不多8點20還在等別的客人，嚴重影響出遊心情，別的客人是貴客難到我們不是客人嗎？

這次來南嶽燒香祈福也是繼續選擇了山腳下的逸山逸水酒店 訂好房間之後，酒店管家小曠就聯繫了我們安排了高鐵站的接車，今年住酒店多了很多服務，上午後花園有八段錦，夏季泳池也開放了今年在酒店大堂自營的香行請了香價格實惠，上午有免費送車到大廟門口和景區入口很方便，下次有機會再來玩

這次選擇入住逸山逸水酒店體驗很不錯，前台管家小曠熱情周到，主動幫我們贈送了早餐，床品柔軟，衞生乾淨，一夜好眠。酒店的泳池住店客人可以免費體驗，當地唯一一家，早餐的衡陽米粉和現磨豆漿超讚，服務人員全程微笑，細節滿分。 誠意滿滿，酒店環境空氣好。

在南嶽山下，有這麼高檔的灑店，很意外。灑店的工作人員都很熱情，酒店的退房時間延遲到下午兩點，很人性，充分考慮到住客上午上山後回酒店有個休息時間。酒店的中餐廳也很好，我很少在酒店頭天晚餐和第二天午餐都吃，這家是例外。這裏特別給酒店前台小曠點贊，人很熱情，主動介紹往店須知。我上山因故不能兩點還房，小曠還給做了適當延遲。表揚！

去了幾次都住這裏，服務越來越差，每次給的房間都不好，因為是攜程訂的吧？本來這次還想回來住，畢竟住了四五次了，結果問了他們管家一個問題，理都不理，可想而知……大概是不缺我們這樣的客户的吧。現在就是拼服務……體驗差了，以後不來了。
